Poor experience. Had to come twice in 2 different days just to change tires. They apologized what happened, offered a discount, but still had a bad experience.Made appointment about 2 weeks in advance, arrived on time and still waited 45 minutes in line. I said to representative I have appointment in 5 minutes and was told to wait in the car. After 45 minutes of waiting went to ask what's going on. He forgot. My appointment was at 4pm. Came on time. At 4:45 was told I'd be helped with tires. Was told that my car would be ready at around 6:30pm.It's 2 hours of waiting, so I was offered Lyft from Pines Ford. Used it to different location. At 6:30pm no one called me and they work till 7pm. So At 6:45pm I was concerned and had to call to Pines Ford myself, waited on call for 10 minutes to get help and actually talk to someone, had to explain my situation for another 10 minutes to different person in the phone.Eventually got Lyft back to Pines Ford and arrived at around 7:15pm when Pines Ford was closed. My car was dropped at the building nearby. Had to look for my key around and a receptionist at that building had my key. It was different building not the one I dropped my car at. Anyway, tires on my car were not changed that day and nothing was done.Had to drive again next day and waste time again. Complained what happened and was offered a small discount. Even though my tires were changed and I got a small discount I still think the service I got was unacceptable. 2/5

That the worst dealer I found regarding customer service. I went there in November 2022 and started a crash claim repair on my F150 Raptor on the Pines Ford collision center. They took all my information and proceed to start the administrative paper work with State Farm. Since that I never ever got any communications, notifications, phone calls or emails regarding my truck claim repair. They never contacted me for anything!! . I called them several times and always the answer was. "we are looking / expecting for truck parts".So, at this moment, I am thinking that they were Jocking with me for more that 8 months!! PINES FORD ...... BAD DEALER, DON'T GO THERE

Worst group I've ever tried to by a car from. All salesmen are hovering in the parking lot ready to run your car down when you pull in. 100% unwilling to do any negation on an overpriced truck that has been sitting on their lot for over 100 days . Last day of the month , Memorial Day weekend . Not a single other costumer at the dealership. These guys dgaf about selling cars. Cocky sales manager with some goofy comment as we were walking out. Good job fella. Dealership looks like it was built in 1980 and never cleaned or updated -stay away- On the plus side Went down the street to Pembroke Pines Subaru great staff , friendly , best experience buying a car from Pembroke Pines Subaru take your business to someone that cares.

Stay away from Ford!!!Brought my fiance's 2016 Ford Focus in because the transmission started to slip at only 60K miles. I looked it up online and apparently this is a known issue with these cars. There are lawsuits for this and they issued an extended warranty for the transmission in these yr/models. Spoke with Marco in the service dept who was a very nice guy and seemed knowledgable but informed me that for whatever reason this vehicle VIN isn't covered and it would cost me $3000 to fix the broken dual clutch technology that they know is installed on these cars. Told me to take it up with corporate. Meanwhile, the car is completely undriveable especially with a 5 month old in the backseat. This company and their dealerships are a complete joke, the fact that they sold defective cars and are trying to pin the repairs on the customer is disgraceful. Do yourself a favor and skip Ford completely.

Dropped off my car to Jose Abraham on May 2 told them the AC was not working and I had two dome lights that needed to be replaced. I had an extended warranty so I had my sales person contact Jose with my information. NO CALLS at all I had to find out what was going on and told him to replace the dome lights. After 10 days I called again and they told me it was ready. I arrive and had to pay and NO ONE was around to explain what I was paying. They called and paged Jose but he was too busy walking around the building as I saw him and the cashier actually heard him and said he's over there. Thank you for not explaining anything to me and for not fixing everything I asked for on my Expedition. I will be going to another Ford dealer for all my needs. Horrible Horrible Horrible

I have the Ford Mach E-1 First edition. The vehicle has been at Pines Ford an average of every 6 weeks. Each & every time the vehicle is there for a minimum of two weeks. I understand things take time, but this dealer has only one tech that can work on EV's. The last two times the car was there, it had issues with the front camera & a replacement of a drive shaft. Less than 24 hours after picking up the vehicle for the camera issue, the same camera had issues again. Pines Ford has fought me every step of the way on getting the car washed while there for service. Even though it was requested during drop offs Several times the car was filthy when they gave t back to me. Even once it had an ant pile on the roof, & I subsequently had to bomb the inside of the vehicle. The final time the vehicle went to Pines Ford it went in with a flat tire & several additional items which was completed. However, the three remaining items had yet to be evaluated after two weeks. I asked for a loaner which they refused to provide. Keep in mind I purchased the Premium warranty & tire protection plan. I tried to speak with the Service manager Richard, he walked away several times during my attempt to have a conversation with him, he took several phone calls, & it was very clear that they did not want me there, or care to provide a professional level of service. I asked to speak to the GM which Richard ignored again, & told me to call corporate. I pulled the vehicle from Pines Ford, not only has the service department lack of professionalism, & service ensured that I never set foot in Pines Ford again. They have also managed to cost Ford Motor Co. a customer for life. The Mach E is the first, & last Ford I will ever purchase.

Took my truck in to Pines Ford on March 1, 2023.I was to told that repairs to my truck would be completed in 2 weeks. I received several text letting me know that they on schedule and I could pick up my truck on Friday 03/10/23 at 4:30. I returned my rental car on Thursday. Called on Friday to confirm my pick up time and was told that my vehicle was not ready. They have not called or texted me. No communication letting me know the status. When I called them they say we are waiting for a part. They have had my work truck for more than 2 months. Johnny S.

I went to Truecar to find the best price for the truck I wanted. I have used Truecar many times in the past because I trade my car in every two years. Although Truecar is a good starting point to attempt to get the best price, in the real world the dealers are dishonest and try to pull the wool over an inexperienced customer. They did not have the vehicle that was listed at a price from Truecar. They tried several times to sell me a lesser product or older product. They even tried to sell me a model lower with stylish upgrades. I told them that it was a pig with lipstick. I finally ended getting a crewcab instead of a supercab. I paid just a little more than the price Truecar gave me but it was evident that I wasn't getting what I wanted or promised. I was at the dealership for about 7 hours. Afterward, I had ordered window tinting and a bed liner. I called many times to schedule the installation, and no one would return my calls. Finally, I called the GM, and a week later I spoke to the GM with the sales manager and the salesperson in his office, and I was able to schedule the installations. The persons at the service department and parts department were rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. UPDATE: 12/19/2016 The General Manager for the dealership contacted me regarding my post. With genuine concern, he asked me about my experience. We talked for about 20 minutes about what I experienced and how the situation can be improved and turned around. He is new to the dealership and is trying to change the environment there. I believe he cares and is trying. I will continue to go there and support them because of our conversation. I think we need to support GM's that care and are trying to change things for the better for the customers.

I'd like to start by saying how disappointed I am by the sales experience that I had at Pines Ford. I am currently looking for a mustang convertible however due to the limited supply of things obviously this is very difficult. I walked into the show room and no one came up to me I had to ask for help. Adam already being in the area for a while and talking to his friends finally came over when we asked for help. I asked if they had any automatic convertibles and he said yes. I asked if we could test drive it and he said "ummm not really." What do you mean not really? Nobody is buying a car without test driving it first. It was only until my older boyfriend who was with me mentioned that he would be buying me the car he decided to perk up and take us seriously. So finally he decided to let me test drive it. He pulls the car around and hops in and doesn't let my boyfriend get in the car for the test drive. The test drive was absolutely a horrible experience, he didn't say one word to me about the car or to me. He only talked when he had to give directions on where to go(even then he missed a few turns because he was texting on his phone). So not only was he rude but he didn't describe any of the features. I'm not sure if it was because of my young appearance or just because he's not knowledgeable about what he's selling. I tried to call and speak to the sales manager and he forwarded me to voicemail. Anyways I will be taking my business to a different ford dealer.
