Sadly I felt the same as everyone in the comments about mostly everything was said but not for the cashier I was dealing with she's a young with great customer service. It is a lady in there who makes you feel uncomfortable walking around fixing things back that I already do and she's going to get her feelings hurt by doing that. Well I'm on my way there now and I'm looking forward to a good visit but I will see. And it's very sad about the Spanish language situation for those who doesn't speak Spanish we from America and we shouldn't be feeling that way especially in businesses.

Haven’t been to the store in years before the pandemic to be exact.
went there yesterday and was shocked it was nothing but Spanish music playing the whole time throughout the store. I was there. Nothing but Spanish employees talking to each other in Spanish VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.
How do you have a business when the public is coming in and out the only thing you’re playing is Spanish music? You’re only employees are Spanish and they’re talking to themselves in Spanish and you don’t know what they’re saying. The worst part about it I couldn’t use the dressing room.

I literally just tried to walk inside the Pines store to make a quick purchase. Apparently they locked the doors 10 minutes early, they're supposed to close at 9 p.m. I stood at the door and the worker looked me in the eye and turned around quickly as to ignore me. I stood there until she finally acknowledged me. She eventually said to come back tomorrow, because she saw that I wasn't leaving.

spanish lady that walks around the store makes you very very uncomfortable to shop , she is very very rude will snatch clothes from you and will talk about you in spanish . she needs a new job asap

It’s been 4 years since COVID and some locations like this one STILL have their dressing rooms closed. At this point its out of pure laziness. Other than being unable to try anything on it’s a good store

I can’t even begin to explain the atrocious behavior i saw from solely one woman here, the assistant manager sofia. I walked in and went into the jr section looking for something for my niece since it was her birthday, the second i go to that section she immediately starts speaking horribly about me saying that she doesn’t know why “this fat woman is going to the jr section and not the plus size.” I ofc didn’t say anything because i did not want any sort of issue or fight but i immediately left because of how uncomfortable and disgusting i felt. I do have to say that the cashier there who was a young tan lady with a septum piercing was extremely sweet and attentive in case i needed any sort of help, but despite that Sofia was extremely rude and just disgustingly bad mouthing for being an assistant manager. she needs to find a new career if all she’s going to do is sit down and disrespect customers who FUND HER SALARY!!!

I really hate leaving a negative review but in this case I have to. I was there earlier today October 28th, 2023 looking to purchase jeans. I picked a few since I noticed the sign that they had a fitting room. When I get to the corner of where the fitting room is I see another sign that says fitting room permanently closed. I was so disappointed and proceeded to hang the clothes on a nearby rack so I can analyze one at a time to see which I would consider purchasing since I can’t try them on. As soon as I did that I was yelled at by the floor supervisor lady with very short hair that colors it blonde. She yelled at me saying that I could not do that and that I had to put the stuff back to where I found them and that customers always left her a mess. She proceeded to take the clothes from me and continue yelling. At this point I got very upset because she did not have the right to offend me nor mistreat me and to remove the clothing from me. She threatened me and warned me that I had to put the clothes back when I was done. I told her that she lacked customer service skills and that unfortunately the type of job she has might not be for her since she clearly doesn’t want to work. That must had offended her bc she continues to yell that she works hard organizing the store. Honestly the lady made assumptions and mistreated me and the cashier couldn’t even give me her name stating that it was policy that she could not provide her name. Very disappointed that I had to travel from far just to visit this storeSince I’m from New York and had a totally different experience shopping over there.

Clothes are good but they left a black anti theft clip on my friends pants and then we couldn’t get them to take it off, it looks like my friend threw her receipt away but my receipt was dated for the day before and she spent about what I spent we had to go back to the original location to get them to remove the clip for her which was very inconvenient. Probably could have paid the $10 again but I didn’t want to pay for their mistake. Make sure you check your items to make sure they remove the anti theft devices, luckily the lady at the rainbow at entrada and Hollywood remembered our group and removed it but yikes. Details don’t matter when they mess up, only if you do.

Most do not go if you’re black do not go to the store. They are racist and only favorite Spanish people when I went inside the location the manager with the short hair, gray hair she big and her name is anna now she is racist only wants to serve people who are Spanish

I will never shop at this rainbow whomever is owns this one really need to talk to those women who work they they really walk around with don’t wanna be bothered attitudes as well as following you around in the store thinking you gonna steal I visited this location 2 hours ago what an horrible shopping experience in here

Guys, just be happy Annie (She’s Black with short hair) doesn't work here anymore. She was horrible to work with. The store has gotten a lot better lately. They don't hound you when you walk in the store (at least not me), they smile, they say hi, they don't follow you around, the store is A LOT NEATER and the clearance section is ORGANIZED. It's really nice.
