I had done my research and was leaning towards opening my account at another bank, but after I met with Clara Munoz, I changed my mind. She was very pleasant, professional and thorough. I was there to make a wire transfer and was told it would take awhile. I asked why when I’ve done numerous wire transfers before and they usually go through right away. Then I was approached by a “gentleman “ in a suit and he repeated what the clerk had said “ Mam it usually takes a while for wire transfers to go through! Nope not true! I was closing on a property that day and that was all the broker was waiting for. They treated me as if I didn’t know what I was doing. I’ve been a Regions customer for over 10 years but after this experience I am thinking that maybe it’s time to switch banks.They both need to go back and be retrained in customer service!
