Very good prices, quality products and wonderful finds. The only bad thing is the service. The cashier who served us was rude and impolite. I would go back just for the prices, but I don't know if the humiliation is worth it.

I just moved nearby and it is the first store I have visited in Pembroke Pines, and it is the first time I have experienced this in this country. I have felt harassed and mistreated, and have even been insulted by an apparently Indian worker with unkempt gray hair who has been rude and offensive just because I had supposedly moved a piece of clothing from where she had already put it. I hope that no one else has to deal with the bitter feeling that someone so unpleasant has crossed their path.

I had a horrible experience at a Ross for the first time, I went to this Ross for the first time with my mother and an older lady treated us extremely badly and even insulted us in a low voice but we heard her perfectly. Just because I placed an item of clothing where it wasn't intended, to look at it from afar, I wasn't even going to leave it in the wrong place, I was trying to spend a quiet afternoon shopping and it turned out to be a bitter experience. Apart from that, he treated another lady badly for the same reason right in front of us in a very rude way. In the end we left without buying anything. We don't like to be affected by other people's bad vibes, but all the harassment and bad treatment was really unnecessary. May God bless her.

ROSS, you need to hire more staff at this location. Waited over 45 minutes to get checked out. There were only 2 registers open. The store needs help after working hours. No one wants to spend a long time checking out. YOU ARE LOOSING MONEY! Faster check out or self check implemented will bring in more money. PLEASE FIX IT

There’s a woman in the fitting room section who is extremely rude. I don’t understand how they can have staff like that. She seemed to expect me to do her job and treated me horribly for ‘not doing it.’ She was an older woman with red hair. Very, very disappointed.

Everyone here needs to be fired. Workers hiding in the back while the line was absolutely absurd. Took over an hour to go through the line. No ac in the place. They should be incredibly disappointed in themselves of how disorganized and rude they were. Go to any other store I promise you’ll have a better time.

Illegally searched after the security guard saw me pay and the cashier put the items in the bag. Told him that was illegal in Florida unless you are accused of stealing and he told me to take it up with his HR. Stay away unless you want your rights violated.

Horrible horrible store ! Who ever Susie is . She is absolutely rude , disrespectful uneducated in customer service and lacks respect for others
I’ve been to this location 2 different times ,
And every time she’s been, there is been constant rudeness, and I don’t need to me. I’ve seen the way she has yelled at the employees who work there
No one literally, I even spoke to one of the employees, and he was literally scared of her
This is completely unethical. I will be reaching out to Corporate and I understand how it is to work in retail. I respect everyone who works in retail, but the way she conducts herself in an extremely rude
It’s horrible !
She should be wrote up for treatment of others
Not only is this store not organized But on top of it to have a rude customer service hits it out of the park…
An especially for this to be two separate times that this has happened just horrible
