This Ross in particular has the worst staff of any Ross. The Staff is Unfriendly. They have greeters that mean mug you the minute you walk in and depending on the day they don't even greet you. You can't ask a question to an an employee, it seems like they are scared to answer you. The management of this store must be horrendous. You just get a Bad Vibe entering this store.

A couple days ago my aunt had to go to Ross to pick up a package for Amazon, my aunt is here on a trip, meaning she didn’t have any access to internet on her phone, she needed internet to be able to open her Amazon locker and the workers refused to give her the password for the wifi, I understand that maybe they weren’t allowed to give her the password but we have to learn how to be more empathetic to other people, this situation is just so furstrating.

I dropped a shirt and the employee huffed and puffed and says “thanks a lot” as im standing right in front of the item still. I can’t bend down due to an injury and I was going to say something but one rude comment and she can pick it up😂

It's one of my favorites search for good products at the better prices. I found so different things like Altec Lansing headphones ?, the best quality and also the Bluetooth speakers same brand with the best sound quality at the moment !!
very low prices for this brand quality products. No dubs. Since then I still enjoying at the swimming pool.... Yeah music ?? at the garden.... Best towels, sandals, swimsuit , snacks, etc etc. And all in Florida !!! ? ? ? ? Check your nerest Ross store in your area .... Google maps takes you there !!! Enjoy !!!

RACIST!
Loss prevention employees, two men that have gray hair and one wears glasses- literally FOLLOWED ME and other brown skin customers around the store the entire time. I almost completely walked out of the store but I had to get something specific in a small time frame. I’ve been treated better in places with higher price tags. Mind you, I spent $200 previously at this location on clothes alone. Insanely racist employees that I didn’t see follow any other customers that didn’t look like me. Let me tell you something, I don’t have to steal and I don’t appreciate being treated like a criminal in a store where I intend to spend MY hard earned money. NEVER again will I come back to this location. For your information, shoplifters have no specific race or age range, so maybe organize actual training amongst your “loss prevention” team so instead of RACIALLY PROFILING people, they can actually be on the lookout for real suspicious characteristics when it MAKE SENSE. To add insult to injury, I only came in with a small miu miu chain wallet and form fitting gym clothes.. So unless they assumed I was some kind of magical being that could absorb clothing and other items, idk how it would’ve been possible to steal anything! but one thing that’s not so common amongst racist people is having any good sense. Disgusting! They have a lot of items but it’s not worth being stalked in a store with $3 pants by creepy old racist men. You’re better off going to Target, shopping online, or going to the TJ Max that’s next door.
