Staff was nice but the doctor I saw I didn’t like. I had to go for a 2nd visit because I couldn’t see correctly out of my new contacts which turned out to be the wrong prescription after telling him several times. Went back and the 2nd doctor was better. Still wouldn’t go back though

If you need vision services, this is not the provider to choose. The customer service is non existent, the dismissive rudeness and their unwillingness to call the insurance company to determine the patients benefits is mind blowing.

I’ve been going to South Florida Vision for many years because they were on my health plan. The service was always pretty good, but this time, wow. Sady took care of me. She not only helped me find the perfect frames for my face, she made me feel important. My glasses arrived in only 5 days and she adjusted them perfectly. Thank you Sady.

The service and attention they gave us was excellent and very Knowledgeable and professional. The wait time to be tested by a technician was less than 10 minutes. We were so impressed with their tele health system. It was impressive how the doctor on the screen was able to Adjuster the lenses and conduct visión screeningThey even showed us the picture of the back of eye and gave us such great explanation of the eye. We definitely recommend this place. We have been to several and this one is definitely different. Super recommended

I took my mom to this office b4 and had a bad experience with pervious optometrist and now Dr young Chung,OD made a big difference also I can't explain how happy we were to receive such great customer service from yamel Perez she went above and beyond her job to help my mom Bibi which is an elderly,her knowledge of her job help us to understand our coverage and again she took the time to show us what looks nice and provide us with the best frames..thank you Dr Chung and yamel

Excellent service from the doctor, the technicians and the lovely ladies working the front desk. I have come to this location for years and have always received outstanding service. Thank you to Tania and Barbara for being so helpful and caring. You should definitely get a raise for going above and beyond for your customers. I’m very appreciative of your service. I took my mother for her exam and we were both extremely happy and impressed. Dr. Chung is kind, patient and thorough in his exam, the front desk ladies were warm and pleasant and quite helpful, and the ladies that helped her pick and fit her glasses were just as wonderful. Love this place.As for the lady that wrote the previous nasty review, you must have gone to a different place. I don’t know what it’s like to be in a corral but apparently you do. Be kind so kindness is returned, be respectful so respect is given to you.

This is a cramped office similar to a Corral. Front staff insults you if you ask too many questions, especially if you don't speak Spanish to them. They are all grumpy frustrated overworked women from Dr. Wong to Sandy the supposedly Manager. You are treated like Cows geared from room to room with thin half walls in which you can hear them complaining out loud among themselves. No one is customer service trained. They make a lot of money stealing from the poor older people selling them expensive glasses as quickly as possible. Do not go there.

My sister and I went in today to pick up our glasses and contacts, and to put in an order for frames for my sister. They were very kind and efficient, and explained everything very thoroughly. The person who stood out most was Sady. She was very sweet. She explained benefits to upgrades and was very gracious and respectful. We’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never had one bad thing to say about this place and its employees. They’re always kind and willing to help. Will definitely be continuing with business here!

Dad is legally blind but needs glasses (which he broke). Came in, they tried to fix and then to reuse lenses free of charge. Went to Nova Southeastern who prescribed new glasses after a thorough exam. We came in, the S Fl Vision team worked thru insurance and helped us find new glasses in his budget (fixed income) and were AMAZINGLY nice and efficient. Excellent engagement with my elderly father. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The office is very unorganized, my husband has been dealing with them for almost a month. They call you to pick up your glasses and when you get there they expect you to just leave with them when they know they are damaged. But thankfully my husband told them he would not take them because they were damaged and he requested them to just put the prescription in his own pair of glasses. Again we are now on week 3 waiting for the glasses & nothing yet we have to wait another week to “see” if they will arrive. The store manager spoke to me very rudely when it’s her and the employee’s fault. I don’t care if she is Hispanic or not if she doesn’t know how to properly control her tone she shouldn’t be in charge of a store at all. And also the assistant are not capable of knowing anything they act like it’s so hard to answer a simple question. Please whoever reads this take your business elsewhere and don’t pay for them to waste your time.

I made my appointment months ago for me and my two children, I received a phone call stating that the doctor out of nowhere just retired and they couldn’t get me in for a month later. Fine I understand things happen and I agreed to be rescheduled of course they couldn’t accommodate and make my appointment anytime sooner so they scheduled me out for a month! I took off from work and they just had the audacity to call me two days before my scheduled appointment to pretty much tell me there’s not a doctor again! The receptionist pretty much told me there was nothing they could do about it completely disregarded the fact that I had to take off from work yet again! This place is an absolute joke! I will never step foot in that establishment again. Again I understand things happen but you push my appointment back three times now telling me that they don’t have a doctor. If you don’t have a doctor then don’t be open for business and have people takeoff from work!

Terrible costumer service... receptionist said I got more than 15 minutes late and when I was only no more than 5 mins late being I handicap and I walk slow. The lady in your front desk NEEDS retraining. The picture attach was taken after this whole fiasco happened at the doctors office and waisting my time. The front desk lady's only option was to reschedule told my I was more than 15 minutes late. My daughter was frustrated with the blatant lie of the front desk which had the wrong scheduling time that she made me look up my scheduling time phone confirmation then she took my phone and show them that the CONFIRMED time was 9:45am NOT 9:30am with her luck the front desk was speaking to the doctor about how I got there late she showed them that they had the wrong scheduling time and told them good day and left. After leaving on our way home the Doctor did call himself and said he would see me but after leaving with such bad experience of the front desk I no longer wanted to go back into that office. He was attentive only wished he had employed that same type of attitude personnel for his front desk. This way maybe he get to see patients instead of front desk sending them off.

My daughter was seen by this facility beginning of March. It was a good check up for my daughter and the doctor we seen was wonderful. When picking out my daughters new glasses it was a smooth process, my daughter picked out what she liked, put a down deposit down, and was told it be ready end of March. time passed and no word. I would get told at first that they switched labs and now the staff refuse to answer my calls, I even leave voicemails and still nothing. I am truly upset and disappointed in this facility and mostly in the staff. my poor daughter is struggling with the glasses she has now and been told by some of her teachers that she is struggling to see the white board in her classes. I feel bad for the many others who are suffering as my daughter is now... This is NOT RIGHT! I will be taking my daughter elsewhere.
