I never have any issues when I come to this store. The staff members are very kind and helpful. However, TODAY I had a wonderful experience with a young man who really helped me out. I am so grateful for thoughtful and empathetic staff members like him. He is clerk U397635. I forgot to ask his name, but I’m glad I can give this information.

I was at this location yesterday and I just wanna say Kami (sorry if i spelled wrong) was so extremely helpful! She helped me find all the products I needed and gave me all the instructions on how to use them properly. Thanks girl!

On the 4th of July I visited this place, which I had not visited for a long time, and Allison served me, it was a miracle to see how Allison knew everything I wanted, read my wish and I was SUPER HAPPY, she is the BEST in knowledge about what that SALLY sells, please value these opinions to continue buying at SALLY

I’ve called this location ALL day and no one has answered. I don’t want to take the drive unless I know what I want is there. I’ve called a few others in the area and all have answered the phone except this one. I can understand why the reviews are so bad and I haven’t even stepped foot inside.

Associate name is GABY! Claims she is store manager, never seen a manager with such poor customer service skills in my life. Probably the worst experience I had at a Sally’s ever and I’ve been dying my hair for like 6 years now. I came to the store with two L’Oréal hi colors and 20 volume to return with my original receipt. I wanted to an exchange or refund and to get some advice on how to fix my hair because I was highly dissatisfied with how my roots are still dark and the rest of my hair was a bright red. I brought my return and GABY immediately stated that she couldn’t help me because I already used the products. I reminded her of the store policy that says you can return anything if you’re unhappy as long as you bring your receipt with the product packaging (what I did). She then rudely said that she didn’t need to hear the store policy from someone who is not an employee. She then said she did not want to help me and advised me to call corporate if I want anything done. Then when I got on my phone she immediately started calling corporate herself and making up things about me. Stating that “I’ve done this before and I just want my money back” when this was my first time EVER making a return at this location. I just know the return policy cause it’s on the back of the receipt is what I told her. Also every time she spoke about me she walked away from the counter so I followed her because I heard her falsifying the scenario and she claimed that I was harassing her and threatened to call the cops on me. For simply wanting to hear what she’s saying about me. So fast forward we’re both on the phone with corporate. The woman who I was on the phone with said I did everything correct and did not understand why this employee was being so hard on me. GABY never offered me credit she said I was being ridiculous for even trying to return something used stating I should have done a strand test beforehand. The corporate customers service associate then called gaby to let her know to give me a refund and she just walked to the back of the store into some supply closet. She refused to help me. Then when she finally left the other associate quickly did the return for me and gave me my credit. She also apologized for how I was being mistreated saying that her manager took it too far. I’ve never been so mistreated before at a public establishment. Something that should’ve been done in 5 minutes somehow took an hour with this managers immaturity. I love Sally’s but I don’t recommend this location as long as that girl with orange hair and grown out roots still works there!

I WOULD GIVE A ZERO STAR RATING IF I COULD AS THIS PLACE DOES NOT DESERVE ANY STAR BECAUSE OF THEIR MANAGER! I went there to return some unused items within the 60 day return window, still in their original packaging and with the original receipt, that I purchased only 6 days ago. The manager, Gabby, was so unhelpful and rude I am beyond words. Never have I been treated so horribly by any person!! The negative energy Gabby displayed permeated not only our conversation but the entire store. How did this girl ever become a manager?? As long as Gabby is employed there I will never be going back to this location - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

No wonder why they’re going out of business 6/26/22 tried to walk in the store after 11AM the lady inside just looked at me and left the door closed lazy people who don’t want to work are ruining your businesss! Clearly with all the other comments about poor customer service the owner should do some hiring and firing to fix these staff issues.

The sales associate was so helpful. Went in looking for a good clarifying shampoo and she gave me several options with explanations. She was so attentive the entire time I was in the store. She even checked me out.

I went yesterday ( 4/19/22) morning to this store and the individual (female) was so rude I left running to another store. She is obviously unsatisfied in all aspects of her being, and sadly she takes it on costumers I will never be back to this store and will make sure everyone I know wont. Either. Horrible costumer service, well no service st all.

I've been here to buy nail polish and hair dye that I'm familiar with -- haven't had to ask for assistance. Cashiers were a little disoriented at checkout when there was a line and customers were being rung up in an odd order.
