Awful company to work for. The managers will let you be verbally assaulted by coworkers and customers and do nothing about it. The GM lets his employees treat customers anyway they want. Im honestly shocked the West Town location is still opened.

I can tell why this local has 1.5 stars. The service is so bad (I don't want to say another word) and incredibly disrespectful. My bf wanted pizza since the moment that we knew that Sbarro was in the food court. We went there and they didn't had the pizza that he wanted (NY PEPPERONI PIZZA- THE MOST POPULAR) , so we just asked how long is going to take and the server said : 10 minutes. Perfect, so we wait and wait and wait, 20 minutes passed and he went again to ask how more long is going to take and we realize he didn't even started. We waited more than 20 minutes for nothing, instead of buy anything else in the food court. Lack of communication and honesty. It wouldn't be bad if he just have said: sorry we are not making now for at least... . He needs to communicate better and work in his honesty.

It pains me to do this because I really did love the pizza when I wrote my initial review, but I did mention the communication issues. We were at the Pembroke Lakes Mall to pick something up for my daughter and decided to make it easier on ourselves and eat at the food court. There aren't a lot of good choices but we remembered liking the pizza so we thought for the 3 of us we would order a pie. It's on the menu, so not sure why it seemed like an odd request. There were 2 people working. One completely ignored me while the other was ringing another customer up. I tried to place an order for a cheese NY style pie. At first the person didn't understand me and pointed to the pizza selections. I said no, I would like a whole pie and pointed to the sign. She told me no, and again pointed to the selections. Even if I decided to have 3 individual slices, we couldn't because they had zero cheese pizza. None cooking and none on display. It was a Friday night at 7pm, how do you know have cheese pizza? How do you not have pies ready to go when you run out of said cheese pizza? How do you have employees who can't communicate appropriately with the customers? I left 1 Star up, because they they actually did have the pizza it was delicious - considering it's food court/chain pizza / but this place needs some serious management help.

We were in the food court around 7:10 pm when we decided to get something to eat. After my wife had a couple of slices the last time we were there, we decided to order a whole pie. No such luck! They had no pizza maker working, and the slices they had didn't look good. The mall is open at least until 9 pm, and the people working could barely speak English.

When they have it, get the Italian Wedding Soup!

Don't get the Chicken Parm, Lasagna, or Baked Ziti...stick with the pizza...maybe you'll get a fresh pie. If not, look elsewhere..

Make it a combo and add a drink with salad, side pasta or garlic bread.
