Just wanted to leave an appreciation for Jade, one of the sales associates on the floor. She was so kind and helpful. She matched my foundation shade perfectly, helped me get a whole bunch of stuff for my face literally from blush down to lipstick and helped me find what I was looking for for each and every single thing. Really took the time to make sure I felt tended to and got me some beautiful shades for everything I asked for. She was so friendly, and I’m genuinely sooo happy and grateful for her help! Thank you Jade!!!

I went to Sephora on January 21st to buy some fragrances and make up and Jose was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He even assisted me with buying skin care and makeup products. And he gave me some tips on how to properly apply contour powder on my cheeks. He explained which fragrances had more a sweet scent and stopped me from wasting my time on products I probably wouldn’t like. I would come back just because of his great customer service and patience.

I went in looking for lipstick for my upcoming wedding. I don't wear makeup, and was nervous about this task. Soul was incredibly sweet and helpful, and we found the perfect shade!

I wish I could give zero stars, today December 28th I was at the cashier with my cousin who just got here from Cuba. She does not know English. She was looking for facial creams, I was paying at the cashier and she came up to me to ask me what type of product it was. She opened the box and was going to test out the product, I know you aren’t suppose to test out the products. But before I got to tell her anything the cashier screamed at us telling us how you can’t do that but in a very loud tone. There are ways to say things, but that was definitely unprofessional. I will never go to this Sephora again.

The staff was very friendly, I was greeted by several as I walked in the door, I needed help with finding what I was looking for and got the needed assistance. I did not find everything I wanted but was told how to order them . Overall I had a great experience and will definitely be shopping there again 😄

All I have to say is that your employee Alex Medina is absolutely the BEST! He took his time in helping me find the correct foundation for my face. I suffer from rosacea and his recommendations were God sent. He also helped me select a face cream that would help me with my pores. Next time you go there ask for ALEX!!

This location was super busy but the associates were very attentive especially my checkout girl🫶🏾. Came in looking for a specific item called the "Brown Girl Jane Collection" (they didn't carry it in stores yet) but found some good eye serum. And I'm enjoying the Tom Ford Soleil Blanc Shimmering Body Oil. It has me Glowing like a Sweet Brown Melanin Goddess that I am😜✨🤎✨
My daughter is loving the Sol de Janeiro #62 scent. It smells really good. And I'm Soooo in Love with the "Carvinale" by Brown Girl Jane & the "Sampler collection" (even though I had to order it online🫤)! I really wanted to support her brand in-stores🤷🏾♀️ and this was my second Sephora for the day.
Overall I'm satisfied with my purchases🤗

Today I was at Sephora in Pembroke Gardens Mall, and I asked the manager Nicolle about a product. She responded rudely, saying if I didn’t realize that she was busy and that I had to wait, in a very unpleasant manner. Very bad experience, she’s not trained to provide customer service. She is very disrespectful. I go there to shop, and her job is to help me. If she’s busy, she should tell me in a respectful way. Today’s experience makes me never want to set foot in a Sephora again, for sure not this location.
