This location in West Pembroke Pines is Great! From the managers to the tellers they are courteous, professional, kind and efficient. I have ALWAYS been treated well here and wouldn’t bank anywhere else.

Sucks that this bank has bad reviews. I have been a member since 1995 and they have been pretty good..they lose a star with me because, They did give me some bad advice one time, they do not advice young people on what type of savings account would yield them more money. They could work on helping people with their money
