Handel is a very generous master mechanic. I came in for some hydraulic oil for my Mercedes convertible and he gave it to me. His prices are much lower than the dealership and he even remembered my face after many years and is very friendly. I liked my visit.

I was seeking a replacement MB mechanic since my current one no longer was working on additional MB vehicles that I was going to bring in.
Found Star Auto Techs, read about them and started with my 2021 GLE450. Brought it in for a B Service and then an A service. Decided to then bring in my 2023 GLC 300 Coupe. Brought it in for its first A service and last week for its B1 Service.
Very happy I found them. Great service, professional and much better pricing then the dealer. They have earned my business and would not think about going anywhere else, even with a brand new vehicle for annual servicing. None of the MB dealers in South Florida will ever touch my vehicles.

I’ve been coming here for a while now to get my car maintenance and Handell is very knowledgeable and the cost is reasonable. As a woman sometimes it’s hard to find places like this so I highly recommend him for Mercedes maintenance!

I am not taking writing this review lightly after years of loyalty to this shop. On Saturday 4.26 I brought my car for service. I asked Handel if he had a snap or affirm type of program where I can apply for credit. He handed me a flyer , his shop was listed as an approved dealer for the finance company, I was approved on the spot, and since I had to do brakes the following week he talked me into waiting to use the finance program when I came back for brakes the following week. Turns out when he gave me the quote for rotors and pads plus labor, he was charging 1.5X the amount for the parts than he was for the labor. When i did my own due diligence on the parts turns out I could get them much cheaper than what he quoted. When I told him I would prefer to buy the parts and have him do the labor, he agreed, but then called me and told me he cold not do the finance program for reasons unknown. HE LITERALLY HANDED ME THE BOOKLET TO APPLY FOR THE FINANCE PROGRAM ONLY TO TELL ME HE COULD NOT USE THE PROGRAM. You lost customers today.

The older guy here reminds me of my Father he is very serious but truly cares about the cars he repairs he’s truly make sure my car is safe and does an amazing job every time I come. I really appreciate this location.

I have brought my Mercedes here a few times for different issues. They are always willing to look at my car quickly and provide a fair quote for repairs. They are a great, local shop that takes care of the issues other shops won't look at. I highly recommend them and will continue to take my car there for repairs.
