Horrible customer service from your staff and this location, from the time enter to check-out and god forbid you try to communicate about your order they refuse to acknowledge you. They messed up a veggie order and then proceeded to charge me extra for the veggie patties. The other staff proceeded to put the veggie patties in a bowl for me to add instead of putting it into the sandwiches. These staff at this location needs a training on customer service and customer experience.

We ordered curbside this afternoon and were greeted by this lovely hard working lady as she handed us our food outside. What a precious soul and lady, even apologized for a little delay due to clearly being the ONLY employee on duty, working the entire store. SUBWAY ! You need to do better, overworking a loyal employee like that, just absurd! I felt so bad for her, I wished I could’ve helped her. Place looks clean, until you go to the counter and there is a dead roach upside down on the shredded cheese. Use to be one of the nicest subways. Kid didn't even apologize or do anything to remedy the situation so I just walked out and left my 2 subs behind, can't stomach this place anymore. A real let down. Be careful eating here.

The workers seem as if they were not pleased to do their jobs. They have repeatedly slammed the ingredients upon my sandwich , resulting in it to be sloppy, and I was unable to eat it. Upon that they have made multiple rude remarks, and one has stated and i quote " if you don't like it, there's a subway up the road."

Young men working in this restaurant are like robots and not really trying to help customers with online orders. I went in the take out online orders and was completely ignored. When I asked a question about my order. My order was cancelled and the young man said I was rude. As new customers came in they were waited on as I was completely ignored. These guys are not trained to be courteous. They are not thinking about job security and the reputation of Subway business. 8-10-23 1:00 PM

I am extremely disgusted by the service here. Not only were the workers lackluster in their attitude, they also were loudly disruptive in a gross way. There was a woman walking outside the windows, and both men behind the sandwich bar started to call eachothers attention to objectify and sexualize the girl outside the window, talking about her body. I could hear their entire conversation and it made me sick. This happened around 3 months ago. Both the men were brown haired but I’m not sure what other attributes, I don’t remember very well. Beware customers, please don’t come to this place.

I came in with a 2 12inch subs for 12.99 coupon. The guy at the counter said that is only available on the subway app. I had to download the app and purchase the subs from the app in order to get that price. The worse thing about this is that on the coupon states in store or on app. So he knowingly made me download the app in store to sit and wait and order this darn sub. Poor customer service.

Horrible experience!!! New staff totally lacks of customer service, no manners at all!!!. Disrespectful, disgusting, lack of manners. Personnel needs to receive customer service training not just how to prepare a sandwich, it is an integral part of the job. Totally disappointed on the level of service received.
