Worst customer service and the guy jefhad something like that was the name, was super rude. I went in and I needed to return an internet home device which didn’t work for me, it was disconnecting every 10 min, so I decided to returned it. So this guy was very rude I was asking him question and he never responded nicely, then I had more questions but I said leave it like that. Don’t go to this location because they are very very rude. Don’t know why they hire this kind of people when this type of business survive based on customer service.

Do not bother taking your phone into this location for repair or service questions. They only sell phones.

I commend Jaime at T-Mobile for his exceptional customer service. His enthusiasm, energy, and dedication to solving problems reflect a commitment to customer satisfaction. I will not be coming back to this store. They put my name down because there was a wait. I waited 45 mins to a hour for them to tell me i have to call customer service. Never once asked me what i was in for. Never again!

The truth is that Alexandra's attention is excellent, she has a character that doesn't exist and she is an excellent saleswoman, you can see it on the invoice, for Tmovile she would be an excellent manager.

I with my parents. Put my name on the list. I had to step away but my parents there waiting for my turn. After 20 to 25 mins i came in again to find out they "had called my name 3 times" the guy was like its ok we will call you next. Nope skip again. I walked out its was unprofessional they didnt even called us 3 times and skip us. At least the guy tried his best plus he was training. But last time i come to this location.

Ricardo was a great help. I came in just to get an upgrade from my son‘s phone and then end up getting accessories which he did go ahead and demonstrate each accessories for us so we were able to see the value of it so I’m so very grateful of him helping me out today, I left being a happy customer
