The worst bank to deal with, I have a cashier check to cash, and the bank refused it because it was over 5k, you cannot even get your own money, shame on Td bank, the manager was really rude and discourteous, the teller was fantastic and he was embarrassed for this issue, tellers name is Daniel, super helpful and respectful, but the manager (which did not provide a name) was ridiculous and not respectful of my time and money

I have been turned away from this branch three times or asked to wait for 1.5 hours for simple matters. Customer service is not client focused. Marlene Torres needs to manage the branch better. In the meantime, I will use other branches that are similarly staffed but much more efficient.

Went to open a Bank account Saturday morning and after waiting 30 mins, I was told to cme back next day because they had 2 others waiting in front of me. Horrible service at this branch. Turning away business.....

FYI, at this Branch the Notaries don't do any legal documents. It would be nice to clarify this on the website.

Been with td for years.. came into the bank and was told by Jacqueline that I couldn't deposit it my check (which ive been waiting over a month to cash. She said she seen this before and couldn't do anything. Called td and said they'd have no problem spoke to the assistant manager which can't remember his name and he told me the same thing BUT instead of shoeing me away he explained and told me his policy but still gave a solution! Jacqueline you have no idea what people are going through and it matters to them even if you don't care. It would also be smart not to arguing in front of clients about who's taking the next client. Reading through the comments this isn't a first for you. I'd work on your customer experience because of our business you have a job. You're also located near 5 other banks on the same street and a chase next door. I know for a fact that this experience was a one off because again never in my years have I dealt with someone so rude and unprofessional. I will avoid this branch at all cost and drive the extra couple of miles. Td is a wonderful bank just not this one.

Yen was nice to take me in at first and verify all my info. Then he made me go to jaqueline who was rude. I am dealing with the bank who has had me on hold forever and then she tells me if I want I can leave and come back. The bank is empty. All the other employees have no one. Why are you rushing me. You can wait. I have to be dealing with BOA trying to get back rewards I lost when I closed my account. And I’m already in a bad mood. Yen was nice but she was awful.

If you want to waste your time. This is the place to be. Customer service is the worst. One inside cashier that is working the drive thru and the vault and one customer service rep. Two employees working on Saturday.

Jasmine is very rude and unwilling to work. She made it clear the only thing she was able to do was the same thing I could do on my mobile app. She did not view any items provided including my ID. I was better assisted by calling the 1800 phone number and speaking to someone. No point in having a branch if you are directed to use a smartphone, and are better serviced remotely.

The bank officials that was working on 11 April 20121 was very rude. She told us to wait outside in a very hot weather for over 2 hours while she was inside in the air conditioning. My wife need to use the bathroom and she told us that the bathroom were off limits. City ordinance states that all businesses that are open to the public should provides access of bathroom to their customers unless they are out of service. I will no longer use this particular TD bank branch for my banking. Bad customer service!
