THE WORST TJ MAXX IVE EVER VISITED. Poorest customer service. I’ve been a customer of TJ Maxx with their cc for 10+ years and this is the first store I ALWAYS have an issue in. Last time they left sensors on the clothes, obviously I had to return to have them removed. After ignoring me while I was standing in their faces, I spoke to the manager with braids (she had no name tag) and she assisted me with the sensors but made me do the line for a return and the line was extremely long, having only three registers open. This is the third time I visit the store and I’m always hesitant to come back due to the bad experiences I ALWAYS go through in this store.

IT'S 2PM ON A FRIDAY. THERE IS A HUGE LINE BUT ONLY A FEW CASHIERS ARE OPEN. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

This is one of the worst TJ Maxx, even though the selection and prices are good. The checkout is never worth it!!! It was 1 pm on a weekday, the line was wrapped around the front of the store into the mens section and only 2 cashiers, after someone complained they brought a 3rd one out. And it is always like that.
