“My experience at Cigar State was exceptional from start to finish. As someone with no prior knowledge of cigars, I truly appreciated how patient, informative, and welcoming the staff was. They provided thoughtful education on different cigar types and helped me curate selections tailored specifically to the individuals I was purchasing for. The shop’s atmosphere is warm, friendly, and inviting creating an environment that feels both elevated and comfortable. It’s rare to find a retail experience that blends expertise with genuine hospitality so seamlessly. Whether you’re a seasoned enthusiast or completely new to cigars like I was, Cigar State offers guidance without pressure and service that makes you want to return.”

“This is one of, if not the best smoke shops in South Florida. The staff knows how to find exactly what fits your requests and if not they will get it. The manager R.J., Max, Woo and Sal makes your experience stress free and fun. It’s a hip place with good music and an array of products. They are also military and veteran friendly, which is a plus for me. It’s a very clean place and they always have something new. I recommend this particular location (University Drive, Pembroke Pines) simply because they are top shelf.”
