One of the better Home Depots between Ft Lauderdale/Davie and Pembroke area if your looking for better quality wood. Much better option with different sanded plywood and particle boards, which can be hard to find. Also, service was much better with friendly staff ready to help.

Gotta love paying for material that in stock setting up a pickup just to arrive and be told they sold your material to someone else and you'll have to go to multiple locations to fulfill the order if it was one experience I wouldn't mind but it's always something at this location

Just wanted to show some love, to my local.Home Depot, everyone is always so kind and helpful!!! Especially Mr. AL, he always goes above and beyond, when I came looking for items at Home Depot. Even if it's not his department he helps me find it!

I used to hold this location of a model of professionalism and customer service, but something has seriously went wrong over the years. First, the tool rental people surreptitiously add optional charges to customers' bills without inquiring if they want insurance. This is a pattern I have noticed, and the store clerk will only remove it when challenged. Secondly, don't bother being courteous to the customer service representatives, as they will not respond to a simple good morning. Third, try calling to speak to someone in customer service. They do not answer the phone. Most troubling is that when I finally got a manager on the phone, she refused to give her name and transferred me to an inoperative voicemail. Finally, do not order anything from this location with the hopes of picking it up. I went to the store and ordered merchandise that was verified in stock. Having set the pickup date, I rented a truck. When I went to pick it up, I was informed that it was out of stock. Clearly, although Ipaid for the merchandise, it was not reserved for me. I hope someone will take a little pride in his or her job/store and fix this shamble of a store.

If you place an order online DO NOT expect it to be ready in their "Time Frame" 2 hours. Placed an order at 9:30 am for a unexpected job that we needed supplies for that day. I chose pick up because figured it would be quicker, that is were I was wrong! Waited for confirmation email to pick up, by 1:30 still no email, figured let me go to the store to see what is going on with my order. After standing in line for 25 mins got to customer service where she looked up the order, She said to me "Oh this has not been even pulled yet can you wait 10 mins. She then calls for an employee mind you several just walking around doing nothing, (while this poor lady is running costumer service by herself) and asks one of them to pull my order. Finally my order comes BUT they did not have some of the items that were ordered (keep in mind it stated those items were in stock with multiple quantities available) and they will have to credit those items back, I was better off just going to the store and pulling the items myself. Also don't bother calling the store NO ONE answers the phone. I never post complaints but I can not run a business using this location for supplies.

Upon entering the store we had a very hard time finding someone to assist us in finding the items we were there to purchase. Fortunately, we were stopped by an employee who were looking for homes to perform water tests. He found an associate who was able to assist us. The associate was very helpful. When checking out, a young lady came to us at the self service counter she took our items and ran them through the register. After running them thru the register she stepped back and said "There" and walked away. I did not need her assistance in running the items in the register nor did I like being treated in such a way. I guess I'll be going back to Lowes from now on.

Picked up a doorbell wireless in a circuit breaker that extends from one outlet to four which is great and everything was in one place. It was easy to find and I did not need assistance. So my little project, was a success!

know your stuff before you purchase. bought a husky ratchet. lifetime warranty, unlimited returns, no questions asked. The dam associate acts like it's his fathers business, wants a receipt or card purchase on! ..giving bogus warranty excuse fir me returning a lifetime warranty on a broken ratchet! who the hell provides a receipt they provide that eventually faded. FYI, they are the only one that's exclusive to Husky Brand products.....

Do not under any circumstance use home depot for any home improvement projects whatsoever. I started my kitchen remodel since April of this year at the time of this review 12/7/21 my kitchen is still not done . You are required to pay for everything upfront once you do that the designer gives you the impression that they are with you all the way but once they get their commission they ghost you. The contractor they use is horrible in every sense terrible customer service, they talk down to women and give wrong information. No follow-up or updates on permit statuses etc, you have to chase them for everything even when you plead with customer service to help you they give you the run around. My advice just buy what you need here if u have to and hire someone else or better yet go with some mom and pop store clearly this place does not care about their customers.

I LOVE This Home Depot. The staff is always supremely helpful and polite. Naj and Curt in tool rental go out of their way to help you. Sergio in painting is also very helpful and always friendly! Sam also did an amazing job helping to pick out my new grill.

I am never a fan of the Home Depot. I always say to people that Home Depot is my least favorite store to go to and that has been for years!! Some people laugh, but I always mean it. Their flowers are low quality. I have bought them a few times and they do not last but that is the least of it. This store should be ashamed of themselves. I ordered a mirrored closet door because mine is ready to be replaced. The person who measures came over to measure and everything was fine. I went to the store to pay and that was okay too. So, the installer called me one week ago and I missed the call. So, I called him and texted him the next day. Didn't hear back. This went on for a week. I just kept trying and no response. Annoyed, I called the store. I got really mad because I spent just about an hour calling to speak to millwork, customer service, installation, a manager, etc. Guess what? With all the money Home Depot has on hand, they must be really cheap because I got disconnected MANY times OR their employees were disconnecting me on purpose. I was not rude nor nasty, not one time. I know that will get me nowhere. I explained the situation many times. No results. I am done. I am never going back there except for tomorrow to get my money back. In fact, I have a small gift card for them and I am giving it to a neighbor who could use it. I refuse to spend any money at a store that disrespects me and my time. DONE! I like Lowes a lot more than HD. I find Lowes to be cleaner and the air is not filled with dust like HD is. They must actually clean the store somewhat often. Unfortunately, Lowes did not have the type of mirrored closet door I wanted. I would have been happy to give Lowes my money because their employees are professional and courteous. Now I will go to a small business and support people who will be grateful for the business.

This is for Home Depot in general. I had purchased: Neptune 4 ft. W x 4 ft. H White Vinyl Pool Fence Gate and the specifications on the Home Depot website is incorrect. Home Depot is advertising this fence gate as 4ft x 4ft, which is half right. The height specs says 48in, but when I received it, it is 52.5 in tall. add the cap to it and it jumps to 54 in. even the diagram that came with the product says 52.5 in. why is home depot posting incorrect height specs for ages now apparently. in this new norm, online shopping is more and more convenient and safe, but not when the specifications are incorrect online.

This is our local Home Depot and we've found ourselves visiting this store more often than usual due to some new home projects we have started. The store is always clean and the staff is always ready to help. They also have taken the right precautions to ensure the safety of their customers which is a major plus during this time.

I like to buy my succulents here plenty to choose from today I came home with an agave I have a few different ones but this one was one that I need it for my collection love a cactus gardenThe orchid garden the herb garden my flower garden my exotic garden my vine section and I just love plants and flowers therefore I must be a flower child. Parking is good here and service is good.

These days it feels as if I'm living at Home Depot. I've begun to finally make some more house repairs, and well, if it isn't one thing, then it's another. On this occasion, I stopped by for some address numbers. I recently had my house repainted and I asked to get the address numbers taken off. Quite frankly, they were old and ugly and no one ever saw them. I wanted something new and modern, not to mention that I wanted to move the house numbers to a more prominent wall. All this was done and I found my shiny new address numbers at this location. Not to mention that the employees actually knew what they were doing. We asked questions and were attended to immediately. All with pleasant demeanor. I really can't ask for more. I am legitimately happy with my experience at this particular Home Depot.
