This place is horrible. The owner is too busy talking to actually listen to what you are trying to say. The uhaul is in a restaurant...that should have been my first clue. I was double billed. And was offered an explanation of "I don't know why, call uhaul". Sign on your window says you are uhaul.... one star because we can do negative stars!!! Save yourself do NOT use this location.

I have to give them 5 stars. The staff was helpful and organized. They gave great advice & went out of there way to call customer support for me. The truck was clean and in great shape. Drop off was easy and fast. Thank you!!!

First off let me start by saying I rent trucks often and from several U-Haul's however the PINES Uhaul next to juicy crabs Has always provided extra customer service and custom follow ups ! Trucks are always clean and the greeting when you walk in the door is unforgettable.. Sean provides extra care for all his guess as I stand in line waiting for my turn I just observe how a smile is always on their face. The staffs are always providing great options for your moving needs and get you in and out in not time!! To sum it all up great location great service IM BACK TOMORROW!!

Lorenzo made it seamless and saved us money too. Using the app can sometimes be trippy (or glitchy), but with social distancing, and staying safe, being very real issues today... I'm okay with that.Keep in mind this locations entrance is in the back of the parking lot. You won't necessarily see the typical UHaul trucks, vans or pickups in the front. The van was still relatively new with only 6.8k miles, or at least the cabin still had the "new car" disinfectant smell (they definitely scrubbed this bad boy clean). The cargo area was a bit scuffed up but just typical carelessness from previous renters. In all, great rental experience and the cargo van was plenty for what we needed. Got decent gas mileage too. #LocalGem #truckRental #GreatService
