Today my mom and I visited Ulta, and we were assisted by Alyssa, the beauty advisor. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind throughout our visit. She took the time to understand our needs, explained products clearly, and made the entire experience simpler. We truly appreciated her professionalism and warmth thank you, Alyssa!

This place is awesome. I like that they carry a lot of different brands of makeup, skin care, hair care, and even fragrances. They have samples you can try too. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their reward program is nice, offering discounts and gifts. Store is clean and tidy.

MY NATURAL HAIR CARE has found a HOME!!
At this ULTA Salon, the service is WORTH even MORE than what you pay. The salon ladies were ALL professional, patient, and courteous. Shout-outs to Marilyn, Nicki (the manager) and Joslyn. I HIGHLY recommend this salon to anyone looking for GREAT hair service with a smile!!

Susy is an amazing manager. Shes is just a great person and a lot of help. Shes super organized and has a big smile on her face that i appreciate a lot. Im new to makeup so finding the perfect lip combo was difficult for me but susy made it sich a personal experience. she really took her time with me and hwlped me find exactly what i was looking for. Melanie was also a super sweet cashier, very good at her job. We need more associates like them in the world!!

I had the most satisfying, relaxing & pampering brow service with Aaron! I truly felt she listened to all my concerns, and ensured I’d leave more than happy. She even went as far as to give me product recommendations personalized to my needs, and taught me how to use them! Will forever be returning to her.

Just pay the extra few bucks and go to Sephora!
I honestly can’t think of a time where I visited this location and someone doesn’t do something rude or unprofessional.
I went today outta convenience and of course it was drama as usual.
I asked about a coupon and the cashier didn’t know about it so she asked someone else (a manager I guess) she was also unfamiliar with it.
Then followed up by saying well maybe it’s online but we don’t do those in store.
So why not just say we don’t do online coupons in store when initially asked.
The staff sucks at customer service.
The lines are long. It’s Sunday why aren’t people here to assist with the influx of customers. Never again!

I walked in to get some some skincare . Place was full .. I asked a few employees for help and they all said they were busy , waited around but nothing .. ended just getting a face item but I really wanted osea and it there wasn’t any on the shelf . When I got to the register Jennifer greeted and asked if I found everything I need, I told her I tried to get help but no one was available . She went out of her to check stock and found my body serum. A small gesture like this made my day . Thank you
