I’m starting to become a regular at this location and the customer service inside is always top tier! Today, they even waved my fee for printing my label and got me in and out within minutes. Love this store! 😃

6/30 Update: I checked on 6/27 and the package was showing to have been received on 6/25 by UPS Store. It shows delivered today.
While this has been resolved, I will not use UPS for important personal documents such as what I sent for this case. I still feel the staff customer service and overall handling on important documents processes need much improvement.
Don't send any packages thru this store. I sent important certified documents and explained they were certified and important on Staurday 6/21, to be shipped on 6/23, today is 6/25 and the package seems to have gotten lost. Only good for Amazon returns. Forget calling them, they're not equipped to provide customer service.

I just came to this location to send off two packages u p s ground. This is my first time using the store, and I was totally disappointed. The young lady said in an undertone that if I don't want to wait in line, I can use a self checkout counter over there. Obviously, I did not see a selfcheck out kiosk, and she did it and started laughing in front of all the customers when I asked her to just repeat what she had said. This was very rude and I would never go back to that store. Customer service must be thought about when dealing with everyone. In no way did I indicate that I was not satisfied waiting in line because I was in the store for me for less than five minutes.

I made an appointment to get a document notarized and drove to this ups store only to be told that management had forgotten to let me know the notary wasn’t going to be there today. No apologies. The girl that told me this was on the phone and pretty much dismissed me as if I was bothering her. Extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and terrible customer service.

This particular UPS store literally saved my hind. I had to renew my license at the nearby DMV. The requirements changed where you have two updated documents to renew your drivers license. I was missing one document and was given only 30 minutes to print it and come back to the DMV. The young lady working at the UPS store was very efficient and I was back at the DMV in the nick of time.
