It’s almost 930A on Saturday waiting in the heat of the summer for the store that was supposed to be open at 9A.
Obviously somebody is running late and lot of people were waiting. I left.

I had an outstanding experience at The UPS Store located at 18459 Pines Blvd in Pembroke Pines. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and immediately assisted. David, in particular, provided exceptional customer service he was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He patiently answered all my questions about packaging and shipping, making the entire process quick, smooth, and stress free. It’s rare to find service this good these days. I’ll definitely be returning to this location for all my future shipping needs!

The best experience I’ve ever had at a UPS store! This location has earned my trust, and from now on, all of my packages will only be handled here. A special shoutout to a young lady named Gema she was absolutely amazing! She took care of my package with such care and professionalism. Her friendly attitude and deep knowledge truly stood out.
It’s been a long time since I’ve received such outstanding customer service, and it made my first visit here a memorable one. Gema, thank you for going above and beyond! I have to say by far the best UPS store I have ever been to I have never felt so welcomed and didn’t even realize there will be fast service here it is amazing I have a associate by the name of Gema MY LORD SHE IS AMAZING She helped me with my package knew everything and overall she made me feel at home which I appreciate her assistance and she was quick I mean Quick! even faster than mc Donald’s! Not exaggerating overall I had a great experience and I am leaving this review to let others know please come by here if you want friendly service and fast service!!!! Best UPS in Miami hands down!

The best UPS store. I come very often as I sell many things and ship through UPS. Every time I come it’s always very quick, in and out. All the employees are so nice. Today I went with my toddler and had my hands full with packages and accidentally dropped them on the street and the manager came out right away to help me bring the boxes in. Very kind and attentive. 10/10

The young kid that works here has the worst personality. Doesn’t say much and has no manners. Always looks so unhappy. Why anyone would hire someone like this for their business to deal with people everyday makes no sense. He’s also very slow and takes his time. I would go to another UPS store. Stay away from here.

Everyone is very nice. Sometimes the line is so long. It would be advantageous for them to get the self serve kiosk that other UPS stores have for Amazon returns and pre labeled packages.
