I saw the reviews on this location and wondered why such bad reviews, now I know. On 2 consecutive occasions, I encountered a very unhelpful guy. I bring prepaid packages to the post office so I can get a receipt and make sure the packages get in their hands. Both times using this location, the guy wouldn’t take my prepaid packages. This time, I was the only customer in line and 4 workers free, he says we don’t scan and receipt at the counter, use the machine. I asked if that is something new and he replied, “our manager says no” the first time, he was standing at the door to the back and said no also. Looks like I’ll be using a different post office with better customer service.

Ongoing pick up problems
Hello, . For the past six years and run a business which requires daily pickups. Before going into my complaint, I want to pay my gratitude to my current carrier Carlos he is amazing at his job goes above and beyond and I couldn’t say enough good things about him.
Now my complaint lies within when he is not there. About half the time the carriers skip my pick up. I’ve put in multiple complaints and nothing is done. On occasion, I will get call from a manager who says they’re gonna do something about it and nothing gets corrected. I have even seen the male person drop the mail at the box and physically drive by my location while I’m waiting outside.
The reason for me not escalating this sooner is because there was a night manager named Ryan Hammell who stepped up and corrected the issue. Another postal employee I could not say enough good things about. Knowing he was at the Pembroke Pines location gave me a sense of security for my business.
Now Ryan was promoted and moved away from the Pembroke Pines location and the issues have started again.
Most of the time it is the regular T6 who skips the pick ups. I have seen her drive-by on more than one occasion not stopping. One time I asked her specifically a question about Carlos if he was on vacation and she went on to tell me how she doesn’t like him and plenty of other unpleasant things . This was incredibly unprofessional and made feel a bit unsafe, giving my packages to her
I mentioned this to another community member who whose parent lives across the street in the active senior community. My neighbor told me that they have a restraining order against her and she’s not allowed to go to that building. This also made me feel incredibly unsafe. How does post office keep this level of unprofessionalism and service.
When my pick ups get missed it directly affect my selling channels such as Amazon Etsy eBay, and I get marked for being late. I also lose money when I pay for expedited postage. This is affecting my business. I need to know what’s going to be done about it. This gives me no sense of security when Carlos is not doing the route and without Ryan’s intervention.
You can feel free to go through my history and see the amount of complaints, I put in and keep in mind there’s three times that that I haven’t put in. How is this issue going to be resolved?

My son and I went there to get a post office mailbox. The postal clerk was wonderful. She explained how the PO box worked and the hours to collect the mail. It was a pleasant visit.

Located in Pembroke Pines on University, this post office is a bit dated and can sometimes have long lines especially since the counter area is small but the staff is always friendly and they have some automated services in the main lobby. Also the lobby is open 24/7 for PO Boxes and Mail Drop.

Laron is the most condescending and attitude ridden person I’ve experienced at the USPS. She acts like she’s “all knowing, better than everybody” and she’s not helpful at all.

Horrible rude and loud Javier. Worst person on this planet with the terrible attitude. Yelled on at least four different people while I was there for a 5 minute visit. USPS how do you hire people like him?

Worst Post Office- US postal delivery female threw down package containing glass. There was a HUGE STICKER THAT SAID "GLASS FRAGILEC. Asked to report her after our security cameras caught her full face. Terrible employee, she should have been fired.
