They lost my package inside they facility I don't live in Pembroke pines florida but I had ordered something from Walmart and it was thru a third party and it was in the processing stage to get delivered to me but yet the carrier lost my package the carrier probably stole it so I reached out to the seller but they not making it no better I did reach out to Walmart and they are reporting it to the higher management and they will be issuing me a full refund for my item

Agent saw I needed help. Got me what I needed. Offered me tape, which at another post office they refuse to give you any. Very nice. Quick in and out service.

Took me longer to grab my priority mail envelope and make the address label than it did to be waited on! This was the fastest service I have had at any post office in the past 5 years. I was there around 9am. One customer ahead of me and one behind me.

Lady at the counter was really rude and insulted me in Spanish to a coworker thinking I wouldn’t understand her. They close at 7 and I arrived at 7 but was rudely shoved away and essentially referred to as abusive and parasitic for arriving on the dot. I get being unable to attend me but to resort to name calling and insults in another language thinking I’m unable to speak/understand Spanish is unprofessional. Wish I got her name but she worked the evening shift Tuesday July 23rd, 2024. Avoid her!

Horrible service... I literally waited 20 minutes to pick up a package and I was the only person in line. Rang the Bell several time and no one came to assist me. Horrible!!

This is more than a bad rating for the store, it is for the person who delivered this! I have more than 20 envelopes with different addresses in my mailbox, this person did not have the slightest delicacy to read the addresses where I was leaving the envelopes and ended up losing a box that was waiting, I suppose in the same way that he gave the I want to deliver the envelopes to incorrect addresses and I also leave my box in another house, I have no idea where my box is and I hope they take responsibility, although most likely they will not do it as usual!
This disaster was delivered on May 23 at approximately 2 in the afternoon, I hope they have a record to recognize the lazy person who simply delivered everything in the mailbox that seemed most appropriate to him.

The man who helped me made me buy an input from the store to close the package, where I only took about 5 centimeters, and I spent $3.99 on a package that I had to return, he was not very empathetic, I really would not go to that store again .

DISCRIMINATORY. The person before me was stamping several cards while she was in front of the USPS representative, when it was my turn he told me I had to go back because I had to put a piece of tape in top of a small box and was not allowed to do it in front of him. He told me the other person was buying the stamps and that’s why he let her do it, but hey I had to buy the tape from them too. The only difference is that the person before me and the USPS representative are white and I am not.
