“Had an awesome party and the kids loved every second! Hostess was abysmal. Our host was inattentive and every time we needed refills for drinks or literally anything, she was posted up in the party lodge with her feet kicked up and talking on the phone. Suggested party host gratuity was $100.. I’m so sorry but there’s no reason as to why me and my guests are having to walk to concessions to get what we need. Super disappointed with her. I dunno her name but at least make yourself look busy ?”
“We had a blast there especially for the kids first time bowling. The staff is wonderful and understanding. The food was also good the entire atmosphere and experience was amazing. Definitely would go again”

“We had an amazing experience celebrating our Sweet 16 at Floridian Ballroom. Everything was beautiful, from the decorations to the atmosphere and service. The staff really went above and beyond to make the night feel special and stress free for everyone.
