“Had an awesome party and the kids loved every second! Hostess was abysmal. Our host was inattentive and every time we needed refills for drinks or literally anything, she was posted up in the party lodge with her feet kicked up and talking on the phone. Suggested party host gratuity was $100.. I’m so sorry but there’s no reason as to why me and my guests are having to walk to concessions to get what we need. Super disappointed with her. I dunno her name but at least make yourself look busy ?”

We had the most amazing experience celebrating my daughter Cailyn’s quinceañera at Floridian Ballrooms! From the very beginning, Ceci and Leti in the office were wonderful to work with — so professional and attentive. The upstairs team, Mari and Adriana, made sure every detail was perfect.
During the party, Luis (manager), Frank (MC), Edwin (DJ), and Isabella (photo booth) went above and beyond to make the night unforgettable. Everyone was kind, organized, and full of energy!
The food was incredible — we had the boliche and the salmon, and our guests loved both dishes. Everything exceeded our expectations.
Thank you to the entire Floridian Ballrooms team for making Cailyn’s quince so special and memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!”
