Went to add my husband to my line told Marlon that I would like the iPhone 15 Pro Max. He gave us the iPhone 15 didn't realize till we got home went back the following data return it. The first ship manager completely ignored us. The second shift manager said there's nothing they can do Because I should have rented the documents. Neglecting the fact that I told Marlon that I wanted a certain phone and he decided to give me what he stated was on promotion I responded to the manager. I do not want a promotional phone. I wanted the phone that I came in for Patricia then turns to me and says there's nothing she can do. I should have read the fine In addition to that when I looked over my bill, the agent Marlin told me that my bill would be $215 a month when in all actuality my bill was almost $300 had to get assistance over the phone by the call center to bring my bill down to 170 Also, the call center paid for the restock fee that they are charging me for for a phone that was given on their era and also was giving me the money to put the down payment on the financing grateful for the call center but this is a horrible store needs new management new workers or in all just to be closed down this is my second time encountering Marlon in the last year. The first time he added all of the Netflix and $10 add-ons to my account without me knowing didn't realize until I got my first bill and had to manually take it off myself horrible,horrible customer service doesn't deserve a one star. Patricia, the shift manager is inconsiderate. Unprofessional didn't hear what I had to State as a customer went to the side and spoke to the agent didn't give us a chance to explain and told us no bluntly to our face she deserves a zero star.

They are terrible!!! Horrible service!!
They told me to delete an account after I told him to double check it and they deleted it and I lost over 1000 contacts and some billing information and I told him to double check it before he deleted it and of course he didn’t. The manager is horrible. She lets her little lackeys do stuff. I don’t know anything And they are horrible.Do Not ever recommend!!! They also screwed up my billing and it took over a month to fix it and still was incorrect and had to have another store correct it !!!

My mother went in to get her phone ported and was assisted by Samantha Ross and this young lady is rude and condescending to her. My mother was more than happy to pay the $29.99 for set up but Samantha told her "we don't have all day to help you." Who treats a customer like that especially a senior citizen? She needs to be terminated for this behavior.

Jason was awesome helping my dads partner who regularly live streams to other countries for work upgrade to a bigger plan. She doesn't speak great English and he was very patient with us! Thank you guys.
