Jason was awesome helping my dads partner who regularly live streams to other countries for work upgrade to a bigger plan. She doesn't speak great English and he was very patient with us! Thank you guys.

Horrible customer service. Had place an online order walked in my order was not processed, not one willing to help with other alternatives, three employees just sitting around doing nothing.

I had a good experience at this location Kayla the manager did not make me wait when I went in to pick up order. took care of me quickly despite them having a full lobby I appreciate that she went above and beyond to service me since I spent so much time online, placing the order and she didn’t make me wait.

This store is absolutely horrible Anthony and the store manager were incredibly unhelpful. I am an out of state resident and they told me my ID wasnt valid because it said " not for real id purposes". She began to become extremely rude and Anthony completely removed himself from the situation. I am also an indirect rep and I now see why customers prefer authorized retail locations over corporate stores.I dont suggest this location to do any business at all. I will adamantly discourage customers from doing business in this location and my social media following touches TENS OF THOUSANDS !!!!!!!

This store locatin does not even deserve a 1 star. No way to leave it blank. The agents here are RUDE, very disrespectful and only care about making money. They did not listen to what I had requested. They did not work with me to give me options. They tried to sell me EVRYTHING I did not want and worst part, the manager KAYLA was even worse then her employee. Since Both my daughter and HE broke the seal on the phone box, I was SOL on any changes or return, litteralty within 10 minuets of him selling me a free phone, because of his mistake and clearifying and confirming what I wanted to get done. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS STORE LOCATION. YOU ARE BETTER OFF ON YOUR OWN ONLINE!

They only cared about selling me a new phone instead of fixing the one I’m still paying for I wasn’t given the complete information for repairs even tho I pay for insurance just sad .

Update: To Ramy: district manager. I need you to reach out to me regarding your employee William A. He claimed to be a manager but I (and other customers) don’t think that it is true. I know Venus is the manager. She was not very much help to the situation but still tried her best.Very unprofessional and mistreating customers. Will be contacting corporate about this situation. I am shaking!It’s 2022 …2023 in a few days… there MUST be a way for faster service. The old employees were fast. I don’t know what’s going on but the wait is ridiculous and you just see people sitting around. It’s time that they come up with some sort of system to keep the flow going and get people in and out. I think it’s time to make the switch

Worst version authorized dealer store I’ve ever walked in… There was about 4/5 WHITE MALE WORKERS MY HUSBAND AND I WALKED IN NO ONE GREETED US WE WANTED TO PURCHASE NEW IPADS FOR OUR BOYS AND UPGRADE OUR PHONES… When I asked one of the guys how long would it be he said 15mins WE HAD TO WAIT 15mins before he could help us although NO ONE WAS DOING ANYTHING. HIS REASON, WE TEXTED THREE CUSTOMERS 5 mins ago we have to give them 15 min to come hahaha what a joke we walked out he yelled Goodbye and laughed out loud…

I just sat at Verizon with an excellent employee....Nicholas. I was there for more than 2 hours with an issue of transferring from my old phone to the new one. I was actually in the middle of this project and asked if I can just go next door and get a drink. I come back, the doors are locked while my old and new phone was inside the store downloading. I knocked and the manager, (female - wish I had her name) would not allow me back in the store because they were closing! I said I asked if I can get a drink, etc. My phones were disconnected and handed to me outside the store. The manager needs a course in customer service! How does one stop working with you because you asked if you can go get a drink! The worse....I do hope Verizon looks into this matter and reprimands this woman. I am about ready to go to ATT or Apple!!!!

I had an appointment and when I got there all salesmen were with other customers. No one addressed me and when I approached a salesman he said I had to wait until someone was finished. i am not sure why appointments are offered if they are not honored. I told them I was leaving and going to T-Mobile. I was basically told to go. I have been a Verizon customer for years but have now switched due to poor customer service.
