They don’t answer their phones! It’s not a one time event. I’ve lived in the area for over 15 years and seriously. This store of not Walgreens all together has ZEROeducation in customer service. I done with this store. Going to Publix

All these people need to be fired. Seriously. I’ve called three times and they’ve put me on endless holds. They do it every time without even telling me they’re going to put me on hold.

I always have a bad experience with the Pharmacy. They never fill the prescription and I have to call them to get them to refill. After being on hold for 40 minutes. They figure out they dropped the ball. This is a monthly thing.... I can't believe the manager has not been fired yet.... Poor management....

Waited 50 minutes to get a flu shot. Had to ask after 30 minutes to get the paperwork to fill it out after not being given it after being told we would. This place is overwhelmed and the customers are ignored unless you keep asking.

Does this pharmacy care about people that they serve at all? This is unbelievable. They say my medicine would be ready in two hours on Saturday . I gave it sometime and went the following day, Sunday, instead since I know how slow they are if I show up on time. I showed up on Sunday and they say come back on Monday. I had to talk to them back and forth before they agreed to give it to me. This unacceptable. I hope corporate look at this straighten this location out. One other time, I gave them a list of prescriptions my doctor gave me and they missed one. I asked them about it and they say call your doctor. After waiting for almost two hours they finally gave it to me. This place has integrity or value.

I had my doctor send a prescription here and it was ready in less than 30 min. I showed up by the drive through and even when the app said it was not ready for another 30 min, they got it ready for me. There are a lot of bad reviews on the communication, customer service and etiquette on the tellers. However, that is normal for all Walgreens. They do not have the best personal skills or customer service training. But my prescription was test really fast. I am Giving them 5 stars because I never saw the face of the cashier as I went through the drive through and there is tints and you don't even see who is helping you.

Horrible service, they tell you your prescription will be ready at a certain time and when you go at that time. They make you wait 1hour more unnecessarily. And this is not the first time this happens to me and another family member of mine. On top of that they are rude, if I could I would give 0 stars.

This is the worst Walgreens ever. My husband broke his back and needed his prescription filled. We pulled up at 8:23pm to drive thru. Waited and waited. Got up to window at 9:03 and they put a sign in window say pharmacy closed. I drove around with my sick husband in car to ask why after I waited so long in line did they put a sign and refuse my prescription. I was upset and asked why no one could come and let customers know that they would be closing instead of making us wait to only put a sign. Blatantly saw us there and walked away as I honked my horn! Unbelievable! This is not the first time I have encountered rude and obnoxious staff in the pharmacy! Look at reviews! I'm not the only one! I will make sure to change my pharmacist needs to any other than Walgreens! It's a shame to treat customers, sick, patients this way! Unacceptable!

I really hate this pharmacy. I would love to give zero stars. Incredibly incompetent. Constantly delegates to low level employees who tell you something different depending who you speak too.

The rudest pharmacy clerk ever. Never once made eye contact with any customer, wouldn't address anyone in a helpful or kind manner
