The pharmacy is a joke. They are rude and inconsiderate especially when feeling sick. My Dr called my prescription in when sick and instead of calling to tell me one was over the counter. They cancelled as I wait 53 minutes in the drive thru, they then tell me i have to get it myself. Common courtesy is to make me aware in advance, when I asked you can see through the glass the disregard from everyone even the pharmacist. Never again!!! I rather drive further from my house then to deal with them. This wasn't the first mess with them.

I was there last night, no customer service available, big line and no cashier, no manager , what's going on, this was a great store. You need more help....

I was here Sunday and while I was asking for help and to receive customer service for a question I was asking the the cashier was using a metal nail to scratch dead skin cells off of his scalp and into my bag of items for over 2 mintues. He never even bothered to lookup while speaking to me! I mean come on how much must you hate your job and the customers you are serving. Management needs to look into this Very unsanitary and Awful customer service people that they employing.

I was looking for a birthday card, and decided to visit this location. On the candy aisle, they had 50% off on Valentine's Day candy. So, I purchased a few bags of candy, the greeting card and some a few bags of cashew nuts. The store is clean and well kept, along with nice employees.

This store is very difficult to park at. It is downright dangerous. I purposely go out of my way to go here in a more safe manner. The store itself is kept clean. I like the photography department. The guy there is very helpful. The prices are inflated but most places are nowadays. They have a pretty good selection of beauty products. I usually go to the register in this department to pay for things from anywhere in the store. It is a real time saver. They have a wide selection of snacks and drinks.

Wow, this Walgreens consistently has the worst customer service in the area. I will not be shopping here again and will definitely move all my prescriptions to CVS from now on

This place is terrible, why have a phone if you don’t answer it. Every time you call, no matter the time of day, phone calls get passed around and do not get answered. Then after 15 min it will just hang up. The copper city location is much better

I have been using this pharmacy to fill my prescriptions for more than a year, maybe two. The employees in the pharmacy are all very nice and accomodating when I call. I have never had to wait long in the drive-through lane. They are a hard working group of people and are much appreciated. Thank you.

Very rude experience to start my day off. After calling 4 other Walgreens, I called her to have someone else talk to me like I’m incompetent and wasn’t even trying to be helpful and find a resolution.I actually called here hoping to have a better experience than where I had been going, they are always rude. No difference at this location. Lady had a very thick accent, I could barely understand her, which ok, no worries, but when I asked to speak to manager or pharmacist after being talked down to, she hung up. I called back and Pharmacist supposedly answered, I couldn’t get names because no one would give them smh, but she also did not help try and resolve the issue.I finally said I’m over this area and the Walgreens, I called the one in Weston at 4473 Weston road and got Ricky, he was so kind and helpful. Had no issues and resolved my concern. Go there! It’ll be worth the drive.

Terrible experience. After waiting 20 minutes on a line that would just not move, I was making my way to the photo register which had opened to relieve the main register and the photo attendant stopped and simply said “No the register line is over there”. Needless to say I left without purchasing anything. There are just ways to say things to people and if you don’t like your job, then leave the job and do something else. This happened today June 6 2023 at 7:55 pm. Terrible terrible customer service. I am a loyal customer of Walgreens but the Walgreens at 201 Hiatus in Pembroke Pines is not one that I or my family will be visiting anymore. I would give them a 0 but it will not allow me to leave a comment.

This Walgreens does not take Florida Kidcare insurance. Shame on you Walgreens for not taking State insurance for children

Moronic useless calling them. Their phone system is an utter disaster so if you need to call for an appointment just go elsewhere and save yourself a lot of headaches.
