Bad service in the drive trough!!! 20 min in the window, 2 people in the front desk and no one at least offer an apology for the waiting time or advise there is a delay.... I left without my meds I couldn't wait any longer...

Walgreens Store #4766
Saturday evening I was shopping for items at Walgreens Store #4766. This Walgreens is extremely beneath anyone’s standards and it’s ridiculous that I should even have to file a complaint. I requested assistance on an item from the supervisor that was working at the time named Shameka. Shameka is incompetent and terribly trained to deal with customers. On top of it Shameka was extremely rude, cruel, prejudice and unprofessional. I'm amazed that Walgreens would hire such an irresponsible, uneducated, rude person in the health sector and I think this specific Walgreens urgently needs a more humane approach because whoever “trained” this worker is not doing a good job.

I asked for medicine for my baby and they sent me another one that doesn't work for me, they replaced it without my authorization, how is this possible? And to make matters worse, they don't allow me to return it, it's not what I need.

Just walked up at 11:42 and there’s are two employee cars parked outside yet the store is closed. No explanation or any sort. Trash establishment.

This Walgreens in extremely beneath anyone’s standards and it’s ridiculous that I should even have to come over here and make a review. They take more than 1 hour to pick up the phone (they hung up on me the first time when they told me to wait), take more than one day to have my order ready and overall they are RUDE and inattentive. I’m amazed at how this country breeds irresponsible, uneducated, rude people in the health sector and I think this specific Walgreens urgently needs a more humane approach because whoever “trained” these workers is not doing a good job. I still haven’t received word about my meds and I’m placing a new order for another Walgreens. This is a complete waste of time all due to human inefficiency where who ends up suffering is the client/consumer.

Unprofessional staff. It often takes up to 30 minutes on hold to speak to the pharmacy before they place you back on hold in an endless cycle. When speaking to the manager about the issue, the manager stated:
"I can only tell them to pick up the line. If they don't pick there is nothing else I can do."
By all accounts, it is impossible to receive good service here.

This pharmacy is ridiculously unprofessional, they hang up on you when they put you on hold. I didn’t even get to say one word before I was put on a hold and literally hung up on three times attempting to contact them. All they say is they are with a patient and then don’t get back to you and hang up. I don’t understand how this is okay, when the operator can only help with so much. I understand they have patients but to hang up on me that many times is rude and unethical.

If you have an elder loved one don't send them here. I went to pick up a Rx which was incomplete for the 2nd time today. I explained that to the Haitian pharmacist and she repugnantly replied that she had customers ahead of me to come back in an hour... I'm shocked at witnessing what my loved one has to go through to get her Rxs. This is not communist China!!!

It took me four requests to the pharmacy to get my Rx transferred to the store. They also made my mom wait in line for over 20 minutes for a med she was picking up for me in the drive through one day. Also, the gave a woman a medicine for her ear when she had a stye on her eye, despite the script from her doc. I happened to be in the store when the woman was complaining.

This is incredible, all Walgreens in Broward have an average of 3 🌟 but they don't care to give an explanation. Why is that ? This particualar place why is not the manager or the owners trying to understand the disappointment and frustration of the customers?

Worst experience at the pharmacy. Waited over 20 min at the window and just left. Some cars were honking. I understand it’s busy but please hire some people.

Horrible customer service, before covid this place was 24hrs, I'm not expecting a lot from a Walgreens but if I can call in about for prescription refill and not be answered twice I'd think maybe they're busy and automated phone service isn't working. I try to put in the prescription number the computer think it's my birthday. I drive up here up and it's not busy at all, no one gave a damn to answer the phone. Waste of time & money.

Amazing customer service ! I came here and it was truck delivery day and the cashier Demetri was literally by himself : and he multi tasked so well between taking the photo, editing them and getting back to support the customers at the cash register very efficiently !! SHOT OUT TO DEMETRI FOR REAL! For such ICONIC SERVICE !

Yesterday i was so frustrated in finding a item to were i just gave up an employee by the name of shareen actually introduced herself to me in asked if i needed help soon as i showed her the picture she said “follow me “ & i did she went right to were it was at . that young women really helped me out in even a whole day later .she made me smile we do not find customer service like this anymore so that was really refreshing
