3/7 Continuous, repeated delay of insulin for my diabetic son. The substitute pharmacist blamed me for picking it up on the last day for the reason it was given away, after two delays in filling the prescription on their end and no phone calls. Unethical practices and failure to provide any value to their customers or to sick people. The pharmacist accused me of being a bad mother. Having screen shots and text messages saved is a necessity when trying to obtain prescriptions from them and defend the dates given to pick up the prescription. Will move all current prescriptions from this disaster of a pharmacy to CVS.

Walgreens stop putting credit cards and my license inside the bag in the drive through. Today the pharmacist stapled my license to the bag. Really! This was after they gave us the wrong prescription in the first place.

ZERO stars for the pharmacy! Whoever was working on 12/22/24 @ 2300 should not be working in healthcare. The staff's lack of care and compassion is indescribable. I called 3 times and they kept hanging up therefore I called the store and asked a store clerk for assistance. The pharmacy staff answered and put me on hold only to hang up after 12 minutes. Shame!

Received an automated text that my prescription would be available for pick up until December 15. I went there at 8 PM on December 15 and they told me they already put it back and that I had to come back tomorrow. What a waste

Super rude front desk at the pharmacy. Some lady w a Caribbean accent, I tried explaining to her my specific situation w the insurance bc it was a bit complicated and she was basically like “ok so WHAT DO YOU NEED” like rushing me to get to the point. And then when I tried to tell her she kept wanting to cut me off and had a snooty attitude the entire time. If you’re working at a pharmacy you gotta know a lot of the people whose prescription you’re filling are dealing w anxiety and other issues and interactions like this can be extremely unpleasant. I’m not some entitled Karen either I literally work in a customer service position with the public and I would never speak to customers this way. The reviews are mostly negative for a reason, it’s time to do something about it maybe!

I have consistently tried to give this particular Walgreens many chances but the pharmacy is the worst. Can't manage a rx, the only rx portal never works, the drive thru pick up takes forever and the customer service gets worse with every visit.

As someone who used to work in a leadership position at Walgreens, I can tell Martha is gonna be moving on up. She had amazing customer service and a positive personality.

Poor service, too slow, 75% of the time they take more than 15-20 mins to provide the service but it is the closest to my house which was the only reason I bought from here. Will be going to CVS on 172nd Ave. moving forward.

These people has ZERO regard of other people's time. Came to pickup meds for a cancer patient and they told me to please come back in 30 min; I came back AN HOUR AND A HALF later and they told me that it wasn't ready and that I needed to wait another 30 minutes. Checking the reviews history, you can see the complete lack of management. It's ridiculous!

Worst service at a pharmacy I've ever had. No empathy whatsoever with the sick who go there to get their medicine. CVS 100% better. One of the attendants was in La la land, in another world. It took more than 2 hours to get my medicine because they didn't even contact my insurance company, I was suffering from Influenza A, extremely weak, and I had to call my insurance company and ask them to call the pharmacy and authorize my prescription. In addition to lying and saying it was ready and it wasn't. I'm never going back.

Called at 10:30 in the evening to leave the hospital to pick up a simple prescription so it's convenient. A Haitian pharmacist picks up and cannot have any answers or be any helpful whatsoever. It was a simple prescription for a Medrol pack to reduce inflammation. Ask him numerous times if they call it in now can it be ready in 15-20 minutes maybe a half hour all the response was saying I can't tell you depends when I get it I can't tell you it depends when I get it I politely and nicely kept repeating myself if you get it in the next five to 10 minutes can you have likely Say it'll be ready and 15-20 minutes maybe a half hour. Just round and round in circles have to go home and pay now and get it called into a different Pharmacy. They lose business and hopefully this pharmacist would be reprimanded by a corporate office is no way to treat patients and pain

Prices are outrageous and Prices don’t match up when you go to pay versus what’s on the shelf, woman at counter told us we needed to wait in order to get the difference refunded and told us we only get the discounts if we put in our phone number (which has never been the case at any other Walgreens). Why not put it on the sign that you need to put your number in order to get discounts? Woman at counter refused to give her name and was very rude and belittling. Also why do i need to put in a pin while using Apple Pay, and to get a refund i need the physical card even though i paid Apple Pay? Never coming to this Walgreens again, don’t waste your time and money.
