Atrocious customer service from the pharmacy. Always an issue here. Never have medication in stock. Never have your prescription ready on time. Call / message you to let you know your prescription is ready to be picked up and it's not, it's on back order or there's some other issue. Why can't they ever be proactive and ever put themselves in the customers place? Is customer service that difficult?

I have not been able to get a single pharmacy person on the line to verify the status of a prescription delayed for DAYS. This location has the absolute worst customer service. I was picked up on 5 times and held for 20 minutes and spoke to no one.Now I will have to go sit in person to fix a problem they created.

Worst pharmacy ever! They don’t know what they are doing. Really inhuman service, I’m changing all my prescriptions to a CVS.

Prices are outrageous and Prices don’t match up when you go to pay versus what’s on the shelf, woman at counter told us we needed to wait in order to get the difference refunded and told us we only get the discounts if we put in our phone number (which has never been the case at any other Walgreens). Why not put it on the sign that you need to put your number in order to get discounts? Woman at counter refused to give her name and was very rude and belittling. Also why do i need to put in a pin while using Apple Pay, and to get a refund i need the physical card even though i paid Apple Pay? Never coming to this Walgreens again, don’t waste your time and money.

Called at 10:30 in the evening to leave the hospital to pick up a simple prescription so it's convenient. A Haitian pharmacist picks up and cannot have any answers or be any helpful whatsoever. It was a simple prescription for a Medrol pack to reduce inflammation. Ask him numerous times if they call it in now can it be ready in 15-20 minutes maybe a half hour all the response was saying I can't tell you depends when I get it I can't tell you it depends when I get it I politely and nicely kept repeating myself if you get it in the next five to 10 minutes can you have likely Say it'll be ready and 15-20 minutes maybe a half hour. Just round and round in circles have to go home and pay now and get it called into a different Pharmacy. They lose business and hopefully this pharmacist would be reprimanded by a corporate office is no way to treat patients and pain

I came today to try to pickup my order & the lady at the photo counter completely ignored me while staring at her computer. She literally wasn’t doing a thing. So I just left without my oeeer. Will buy it somewhere else.

This is the worst pharmacy in the world. Every time I try to fill a prescription there is an issue. At this point I would rather drive farther from my home to another pharmacy than ever have to deal with them again.

Honestly, i never dealt with a more useless pharmacy. I truly believe everyone there is incompetent. Everything is an issue. I gave them my new insurance 3 different times and they kept charging my OLD INSURANCE. i had to even pay out of pocket because they had the audacity to say my insurance wasn’t covering it, turns out it was because they processed my old insurance EVEN THOUGH I GAVE THEM A NEW INSURANCE CARD, and charged my old insurance therefore i was paying for things OUT OF POCKET.This is just one of the many scenarios.RUN RUN RUNThey do not know what they’re doing. Even speaking to the manager….This place is a headache. They will find ways to mess up your prescription ALWAYS.

Atrocious customer service on the phone, they put you hold then never come back. Then it re-rings them after five minutes and they simply don't answer. Is this any way to run a business? They are lucky for the large population to draw suckers from, if this was in a small town they would be out of business in a week.

Had a prescription filled their tonight the pharmacist on staff was Brian amazing guy he went above and beyond he also told me it would be ready in 15 mins and was done way faster his assistant was great also didn’t get her name though it was the two of them in there looks like they work very efficiently and well together

This has gotta be one of the worst Walgreens ever!! Like others said DO NOT have your prescription sent here. They will find a way to mess it up every single time!!!!

What kind of 24 hour pharmacy closes at 11:30pm until 2am?? How are people supposed to get the medicine they need? I understand being closed for an hour for lunch but over 2 hours???? Ridiculous

I was never treated so low as I was tonight at this pharmacy.Long story short, the pharmacist threatened to call the cops on me because I was standing by the counter window while waiting for my doctor to send AGAIN the prescription she couldn't find on her system. She said I was making her uncomfortable and she was gonna call the cops!!! I had my phone in my hand, and was VERY POLITE, even when she doubted I always buy the same medication every month. I had to have my husband bring the empty pill box from home so she would believe me and realize she was looking at a different profile.It was offending and humiliating.Unfortunately there was no manager at the pharmacy.
