Found a outdoor baby swing IN THE CLEARANCE SECTION for $5. The item was marked with a yellow sticker like all clearance items do. I would know. I went to ring it up and the item wasn't coming up. I ask the associate if she can manually input it. She then managed to take it from me saying. " I took this from someone else and put it away, i don't know how it got back out. its not for sale it was a display item".. I asked so why does it have a sticker on it. she said i don't know and walked away with it. If I didn't just have my daughter at the time I would of made sure i left with it. I shop here on a regular , the reason for 3 stars. That one specific person just pissed me off.

Tuesday 7:30 pm, trip to pick up some supplies at Walmart. Store shelves look like people have stocked up for a major storm! Empty shelves in every aisle and little effort being made in re-stocking the store. Not one bottle of distilled water, rice aisle looks like its been picked over twice and all that is left is scraps. The juice section looks like a black hole and forget the canned vegetables, what happened here? Did they miss a FEW truck deliveries? Are the Walmart drivers on strike? Have the suppliers cut Walmart off? Or is this just a case of poor store management? I never truly expect much from Walmart but tonight was a disaster stocking up on some essentials at Walmart. Perhaps I should have gone to the store where shopping is a pleasure or to the beef people store, better yet there is a store with a bulls eye in red and white just down the road.

Horrible! I lost my keys in the store and after hours they still did not show up in the lost and found. I retraced my steps in the store and nothing. They said they couldn't announce it over the walkie talkie and they couldn't check the cameras, they said I had to call the police. I did and their cameras did not face the section I was in. After I had someone pick me up, I called the store a couple hours later to see if they had shown up and they told me they couldn't tell me over the phone! Ridiculous!!! The worst service I've ever experienced. I didn't go to Wal - Mart that much before and now I will never go back even if what I need is cheaper there. If you can avoid this wal mart avoid it at all costs! If I could rate them a 0 I would.

This Walmart's customer service center for returns/exchanges is lacking in customer service! No one greets you, even when you get to the register, they see the line growing and they ignore you, and they are very rude and unhelpful. I had one exchange because my new Brita filter jug was cracked when I opened it at home and I just needed to exchange it for one that was not cracked. There were 2 cashiers doing exchanges when we got in line. Right when we were next in line the second cashier left and didn't even say anything to us. The couple in front of me literally had a cart full of returns, with more than 3 receipts. After waiting more than 10 mins, I asked another associate to get a manager to get another cashier and she gave me a rude response about not being able to do that, that she was doing her returns, that even she couldn't get a manager when she needed one. Another person in line behind me, chimed in saying that all I was asking was to please see if someone else could come to help. The associate proceeded to vent to the cashier who had just come behind the counter and didn't even let us know that she would be helping us in a minute. There is a serious lack of customer service in this store. Other instances with poor customer service have happened to me at this store as well.

Not sure why all the bad reviews - this place always has parking, has literally 10,000 items available 24 hours per day, and the lines are much faster now than they ever used to be. Let's comprehend that there are parts of the (even developed) world where you would not be able to find this volume of selection and merchandise 24 hours per day! I recently spent time in a major city in Europe and after 5 pm on a Sunday, you would not be able to find a basic item like a protein shake as those are sold at a "specialty store on the other side of town" and that store is closed on the weekends! Let's get some perspective, people!

No one ever answers the phone and only a handful of employees are actually nice and helpful. The rest speak down to you if you ask where something is. I only go if I absolutely have to. I'd rather pay targets higher prices.

This Walmart has been around since I was a kid. Employees are super sweet and love helping out their customers. Today, I asked five employees for the location of specific items, and they were accurate with directions. I was very impressed; it shows how much they know about the store. Searching for a parking space close to the entrance can be annoying, but it certainly won't stop me from driving here.

Priced right. Love the self check out. It is seriously the best thing now. No waiting in line. Produce is fairly fresh and they have a bigger selection than publix. It is good to run in grab what you need for dinner and get a Redbox movie on the way out.

This is my neighborhood Walmart. I ran in this afternoon to pick up a few things and again swore I would never go back- it had been over a year since I went there. The aisles are congested with employees stocking merchandise, there were three cashiers open, super long lines, etc. I much rather pay more at Publix simply for the positive experience!,

The store is messy and disorganized. There are always long lines at check out and no one cares to call for back up to help with the lines. Customer service especially at this location is next to none. When you do finally see and employee to ask the location of items, they are not trained properly or could care less. DON'T EVEN BOTHER WITH ANY STAFF FROM THE PHARMACY!!! They make people feel more upset after interacting with them because when you're sick you wish someone can be more helpful but that is never the case at this store. Save your headache and go to Publix or Walgreens across the street.

This is my usual Walmart. I don't usually complain about an issue unless I can't fix it or help find a solution and I find obstacles to getting it fixed. This isn't a complaint in fact, it's more of a simple statement that I'm sure that most of us have said before in regards to help at the large box stores, Walmart is no exception. Here's the deal, don't bother asking for help from the employees at this store, it's useless. I asked 3 employees for Brita water pitcher replacement filters and was told that they don't carry them. I knew that they were wrong. One girl pointed me toward the mini water bottles and said that this was all the carried. I used the Walmart app and checked the in store feature and found what I needed across the store in hardware!!! I even helped a lady looking for the same thing after another clueless employee dumped her in front of the filters and said they're here somewhere and walked away!! I gave her the check the app tip in front of the employee who just started walking away after he had come back when he heard me showing her the filters. Ay caramba!!!!
