I wanted to take the time to explain one of the best experiences I have had at the Walmart Pharmacy Store # 02591 in Pembroke Pines Florida. Starting with one of the most amazing experiences with Staff Pharmacist Linda Nadal. My 83 year old father suffers from tinnitus. I was transferring one of his scripts to the store , where her team made this so simple and quick it was a pleasant surprise. It was at that point that Ms. Nadal came out from behind the counter and told me to meet her in an aisle. I asked what are you doing, you are busy and don't have time for this. Her response was yes I do and I want to show you and explain to you an OTC product that she has had many patients telling her this product was a miracle and worked. She proceeded to show me the product and I was still stunned how much time and knowledge she shared with me to help my father. And guess what, it worked and my Dad said it's a miracle I had no clue this what out there, thank you Linda! It gets better, Gnessa and Julia, pharmacy techs, spent all of the time my father required and answered every one of his questions with a smile and kindness. This alone, the great treatment of my father has won my service to this pharmacy from this point forward. Everyone takes time to complain well, I am taking time to tell you this service and kindness is unmatched by any of their competitors. In my opinion move your scripts here for the best most pleasant experience you could ever imagine. Walmart whatever you are paying these three individuals it is NOT enough. These are my words and experience and was not paid or asked to write this review.

Everything you need whenever you need it! In and out quickly. Helpful staff. Lots of self checkout open and working. They moved the storage boxes on me though - had to use the app to figure out where they were.

Vision Center: After 5 years of coming to the vision center, I missed my appointment for personal reasons.
The new lady with piercing in the nose, terrible customer service. Charging me $35 dollars for not coming to my appointment

I’ve been going to this Walmart for years since i live literally 5’mins away and i was so disappointed on how me and my boyfriend was treated by one of the reps Marlene who skipped another customer infront of us while we had already been waiting for 30mins but i guess because they knew each other that person took preference and when we called her out on became very combative arguing with back n forth in front of store full of customers then when i advised i would be making a complaint to the store lead she hurried up and went to do so telling her side of the story ,i still made a complaint but don’t feel like nothin was done .

Bad service on garden representative whom I stay over 25 mins looking for a staff to get a cologne .... she said , she need to put item back in the shelves and can't wait all day testing cologne . I bought the item for a birthday
