Terrible customer service. They are understaffed and cannot attend to their clients properly. Despite having an appointment, my parent was told to come the following day. My parents arrived the next day, and none of their business could be attended to. They were told to come back at the end of the week. What is the point of making appointments here? These rookies are unable to properly anticipate and assess client needs. They have you make appointments as if they are fully staffed instead of asking questions as to what business needs to be accomplished in order to set your appointment on the proper day where the appropriate staff will be present. If they can't be bothered to speak with their clients, they need to cross train their staff so that business is not dependent upon someone who floats around to all Broward branches.

Wells Fargo used to be my fav bank, lately this is location the service is going south, no banker's available for walk ins for notarizing, we're 6 in the line before they open and all of us was turned away due to bankers not present, you're a bank and you don't have anyone to notarized, let alone assist someone with a simple loan online banking, talk to someone assist for lost transfer. I noticed that there's three of you, one retreat to his office and close his door, meanwhile, nobody helped all six of us. The reason they gave us is they don't have a banker in the house, how donwe know if you have any, you're a bank, you're expected to have a banker available during business hours.

Brand manager Val Arroyave refused to allow me to withdraw any of my funds. I deposited a check and after an hour and a half she refused to allow me to withdraw a single dollar. I called Wells Fargo and complained. All they told me was to go to another branch. I had several thousand over my requested amount. I have never been treated this way. Worse banking experience. I wonder if me being of African descent was the cause for my discrimination.
