Worst customer service I've had with a bank! Manager came over, he acknowledged my complaint, he even aligned with me, like he was understanding. But in the end, nothing was done. I set in the waiting room for 47 minutes to OPEN a bank account, and when it was 4:53 a lady came over to tell me that unfortunately it was late and I wouldn't be able to do so! This is ridiculous. This is when I said I wanted to speak with her manager! DISRESPECTFUL. Closing my accounts!

So disappointed in this branch. Door was locked at 2:30 pm on a Tuesday. Sign said drive up open, so I wait in line for 20 minutes to be told that my transaction needed to be done in person. I then wait to be let in and the customer service from the teller was not great. She seemed to be annoyed I came in to do banking with them. I wouldn't mind waiting if there were appropriate signs to at least let people know where exactly they need to be so we don't waste our time. They also had zero sanitizer at the teller windows or by the doors.

I can practically walk to this location and yet I choose to drive to almost any other branch. The service here is always painfully slow and rarely friendly. The drive-thru takes forever and I have had issues where my money was counted improperly. On my last visit I waited 40 minutes (pre-Coronavirus so there was no excuse) in the teller line to make a simple transaction. There were plenty of staff but no one pitched in to help with the long wait times. Then, when I was next in line one of the associates let a customer who just walked in cut in front. The management at this branch needs a complete overhaul.

Do not come here. 1 teller and a long line. 3 people behind the counter not attending the customers. No one said we will be right with you... nothing. Most people come to the bank during their lunch break. So disappointed with this branch. I won't come here again. A complete waste of my time.
