I am so sick and tired of the customer service at this branch… EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to bank at this branch the teller MALIK always has an issue for me. It’s always something! THIS BANK NEEDS NEW STAFF AND MANAGEMENT. Terrible job!

Two tellers & 10 people in line. Second time coming to this branch ( due to the one near me having closed) & not impressed at all.Hard to look at their “courtesy” quote while waiting.

I don't understand why this branch is only taking appointments. I needed to get something notarized and was told only by an appointment. I ended up going to a credit union down the street and got what I needed. It is ridiculous that you have to have an appointment at Wells Fargo. It is one of the largest banks in America. Just horrible!!! The worst customer service ever!!!

They stole one thousand dollars from me and on two other times they took 500.00 each time to open up new accounts. l have now closed the account and want nothing else to do with them.

I had an appointment at 10am today, and was seen immediately. I was helped by Ms. Carmen Lourdez which was amazing. She was friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I love how she acknowledged, and engaged with my 4 year old son, and treated us with respect. Its always a win for me when customer service is great. She made the process of opening a new account quick, and effortless. I will be returning to her for any of my banking needs at Wells Fargo.

1 teller in the entire place, drive thru was not open and not one person to open accounts. A line out the door and no sense of urgency what so ever. Thank God I only have a credit card at this bank. Terrible service!

Always short in staff, long teller lines everytime i walk in. This branch is not convenient for business transactions.

Worst banking experience. Always an issue and a long wait. Even for business accounts. Long line and only one teller. Drive through is also closed and no customer courtesy. Not anyone to attend you and assist with any questions. If you want to open an account look anywhere else. Literally any other bank has to be better than this. No way it can be worse than Hells Fargo

I am sure very disappointed of his bank I’m even considering canceling all my accounts and simply go to a different bank. I’ve lost who knows how much money with the ATMs sometimes not counting the proper amount of cash and sometimes when depositing checks and cash their ATMs in different locations not just one keep jamming and then through the process money getting lost. I’m very done with them

Worse service i ever received in wells fargo. Employees using their cell phone and clients waiting outside. Mrs Cristina was in a meeting so cluents waiting for assistance we left. Im already in my car writing this review Never come to this wells fargo store

I’ve been behind and looking at these two car in front of me NOT move for the pass 45 minutes. I will be reconsidering changing to chase bank with better customer service time very soon. This is unbelievable! Either your hiring people without training them or your purposely leaving one person to suffer with all these customers in line.
