Windsor is located in the Pembroke Lakes Mall next to H&M. They are tucked between Dillards and JC Penney so you know where want to park closest entrance. Windsor sells women’s clothing including tops, bottoms, skirts, casual dresses, shoes, jewelry, hats, accessories and intimate wear. specializes in formalwear for girls and woman.
My daughters like shopping here for their nice formal-ish dresses for homecoming, school dances, quinceañeras and special events. I find the dresses to be decent but they seem to like the options here. Prices can vary but considering material of some of these dresses, the pricing can be expensive for what it is. I can’t say I love the options here. Some dresses are nice and some cute options for going out but more for older girls, not really teenager girls. We also came here to shop for cute attire for concerts or fun events too.
Service can be hit or miss. Most of the time we have a good experience but there have been times where we don’t get any service. Just depends on who is working.
Make sure you are well aware of their return policy as they have a strict policy on returns & exchanges. My daughter wanted black heels and the shoes were $40, before buying I inquired about the return policy and the staff person assisting me confirmed the shoes were final sales!!! Even if you don’t wear them and want to return, you cannot! They have special return policies for certain things. Just be aware!!!

Within 30 days: Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a store credit with receipt, tags attached and no signs of wear.

No exchanges or returns on Special Occasion dresses, jewelry, fragrance, lingerie, hem tape, fashion tape, adhesive bras, adhesive panties, pasties, swimwear, bag charms, lashes, lash glue, face gems and sale items.

I came to Windsor looking for a concert outfit. I was struggling to put an outfit together, but luckily Sophie was kind enough to take the time to grab a few pieces for me to try on. I left with the perfect outfit thanks to her! She was so kind and helpful. I love this location and I’ll definitely continue to come back. Thank you Sophie!

Lorraine was such an amazing worker at this Windsor! She made sure I was able to find my perfect prom dress! She tend every need I had! 10 out 10 will recommend

DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL KIDS WORKING THE STORE. I went in the store to return one item and literally waited 35 minutes for help. When it was time to return my item, the kids tries to force me to wait in line again after already waiting 35 min. I told her I just need my item returned, please return my stuff. The girl get disrespectful and threatens me telling the other kid to “go get the strap”, then the other girl walks in the back. I immediately went to mall security to report the issue. I also called corporate and reported the issue. These kids are so disrespectful. They have no respect for authority nor for their elders. They need to be terminated immediately. This is not how Windsor wants their consumers to be treated.

I came in to return an item. The staff at the register were very unprofessional. They really didn’t care to listen or help. They were very dismissive. One of the girls clearly had an attitude and walked away continuing making remarks. I hope that management at Windsor takes this feedback seriously and addresses the conduct of their staff. My experience was so negative that I will not be returning to this store and will be sharing my experience with others.

Kaydin was absolutely amazing! She made my shopping experience so much better with her kind attitude and great fashion advice. She was super attentive, helped me find exactly what I needed, and made sure I felt confident in what I was trying on. You can tell she really cares about her job and the customers.
