“I like dealing with this branch as well as the Cordova branch. The staff seem to be making an effort to please and to do their best. Having said that, the persons working in the personal loan department are apparently incompetent. They did not thoroughly review my tax returns based on follow up questions that would have been answered had they done so. Also, they didn't factor in my bank statements saying they had no access although I would have sent copies if asked. I got the impression that Regions has made an arrangement to do their personal loans through an affiliate company. The denial of credit would have been easier to accept had they seemed competent. Regions Bank should not be affiliated with incompetent companies.”

“Very clean store and stocked well. The prices are higher, but hey, you're on the island; it's to be expected. All of the employees are available. They literally stand at a place throughout the store in case you need assistance. That's so helpful for non residents. They have a fresh soup counter. I got the wild mushroom bisque and the lobster bisque. Fantastic! I may have to go back. They have a good stock of pool and ocean toys; much better than other grocery stores near by. They also have sunscreen (the good stuff: Sun Bum), flip flops and clothing. Friendly service and a nice environment.”
“I met with Courtney on some real estate transactions and she could not have been more friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Thank you for A+ customer service! Debra C”

“The New Warrington Rd location has to be the best BOA branch in Pensacola when it comes to customer service. They acknowledge you as soon as you come through the door and everyone there seems to like what they do. It's evident in their courteousness and swift solution finding.”
“Should you need a "Medallion Signature" this is where to go! Quick, easy (if you have all the proper documentation). Two locations available for this service in the Pensacola area: Cordova Mall location and Beverly Parkway location. Awesome service and with a smile! Point of contact was Carlie G. Ciccone. Thank you!”
