Key Sailing is, and remains, the premier facility on Pensacola Beach for paddle-boarding, Hobie sailing, parasailing, waverunners, kayaks, pontoon boat rentals and watersports of all kinds. Key Sailing runs a great operation. Equipment (pontoon boat) was clean and in good working condition. Support personnel provided thorough safety briefing and location and operation if boat and safety equipment. Assisted with coolers and bags to and from boat. Highly recommended by a retired Naval Officer! The pontoon boat we rented for the day was awesome plenty of power and very clean. The staff was wonderful and hospitality second to none. Parasailing was amazing; the two gentlemen were professional and funny. Jet skis were first come, first serve; no reservations. Customer service was TOP NOTCH from the cash register to the kids that instruct on rules. Very friendly people that rent you a boat for a set price, exactly what u expected.
Didn't get to go this time due to the wind. They refunded myself and my friend for the booking. My family and I have rented from them in the past and it's always a great experience!

we purchased a 3-p parasailing adventure (2 kids and one adult - 400# max) and two extra passengers were able to ride because there was room. These guys are friendly, responsive, and professional.
