Do not shop here! I was followed around the store by an employee. Really really sad. Bro, I don't want any of this cheap stuff. I thought maybe I was tripping until my husband told me he was being followed too. We are black, sad...the person following us was an older gentleman wearing a hat on 4/5/2024. Walmart is right across the bridge...I'm certain you can find the same stuff for much cheaper.

We enjoyed going here. It's kind of a typical tourist type of trap. They have pretty much everything, from the shirts to ash trays. Lots of overpriced trinkets. But it's all part of vacation.I forgot to mention, if you don't like this one, there is another one like 2 blocks away.

We have visited this location on 2 separate holidays. We have always been pleased with the selection and prices. On our most recent visit, we purchased a tshirt that was defective, as the logo started to come off the shirt the 1st time it was worn.We were back home in TX when we realized it. I called the number on the receipt and the staff had me send pics and a copy is of the receipt. They refunded our money, to make this right, and I think this was great customer service, despite the poor quality tshirt.

I like this kind of souvenir shop very much. It has a large area and a wide variety of products to meet almost all your needs.

Alvin's Island is a mecca of souvenir shopping. There is something for everyone and every price range. And, if you spend over $50, you get a cool keeper tote bag. So many sales and discounts. Skip the boutiques! You'll definitely find something cool here.

Do not shop here. They tell you one price, then it's another. Sat out on bench and had customer after customer come out complaining about the BAD service.

Everything was great until check out. Cynthia checked us out our swimsuits had $10 off red tags for both. Cynthia acknowledged the red tags so I thought everything was good when I swiped I noticed the total was not on the screen either I asked her about that she stated she’ll give me the receipt with the total. She started talking to another customer about this $300 turtle they had in display she hurried up and put the receipt in the bottom of the bag and called the next person. I got in the car and noticed the total was $89 for 3 items I went back in and told her she did not apply the red tags discount all she stated was all sales were final.I do not do well with confrontation and especially with so many people watching so I just walked away. Never again will I return here. I’ve visited not just Pensacola but other beaches in Florida, never have I ever experienced this. I’m not sure if she gets a commission for charging full price and not applying the red tags but she was dead wrong for that she did and she knew what she was doing too because why not just tell me my total most places will do that instead of having them wait for a receipt. Shame on you Cynthia especially at your age do better girl.

I would've given a 5 star if it wasn't for the$90parking ticket I got when I got home.I visited the store twice and the store was good for a vacation area gift shop they have a lot is worth stopping in. Sweatshirts were a pretty good deal and great t shirt sale price.First visit I pulled in dropped my wife at the door and circled the parking lot towards shrimp basket then back towards front door of Alvin's and a front row parking spot was avaliable so I parked.Second visit, I pulled in dropped wife off and circled the building then seen someone parked at front door leaving so I waited until they left and took that parking spot. This is absolutely ridiculous I received a$90 non permit parking ticket.

We were just in there, and it should absolutely be a fire hazard for one. For two, we had a wheelchair and it is abhorrent how they have it set up. It is barely accessible for an able body, much less an unable one, which is illegal according to ADA (Americans with Dusabilities Act) laws, and they can be sued for up to $150,000. For three, the environment was not very friendly or enjoyable. The customer service was overall subpar but horrible compared to other services we have had in Florida. This is a big store if small local stores can have good customer service as well as compliy with ADA laws they should be able to as well. Overall, I would not recommend putting your money into a place that doesn't put much time into it's customers experience.

Huge store with lots of shirts, hats, jewelry, souvenirs to choose from. Always crowded though, so you have to wait a while to check out. But if you can't find it there you won't find it anywhere.

Get one star due to friendliness initially of staff. Once i asked them to honor the prices, they becane a little rude.Bathrooms were out of order. Cash only and were made that I did not have exact change to the penny. Does not honor advertised pricing. Spend your money somewhere else.
