The representative that took such good care of me on my rental was not only helpful patient and clear with instructions, but also she made me feel safe and really part of a family if you can relate.i believe she went by the name CJ. Hey shout out to Tina for great customer service for me and my friend Eli we are faced with eviction and had to move quick the process was smooth and very convenient for us so it made things easier for us once we got on the premises customer service was on point to give us our lock code and boom we loading the storage jus like that keep up the good work!! And thanks Tina for giving great customer service you Rock!!

Tina was a pleasure to work with during this whole process. Great move-in prices. Quiet, clean and easy to get in and out of the facility. They have a long time customer in me and I'd recommend them to everyone who needs a storage.

When i signed up for this unit, I was paying $49 a month, and after three months, it went up to $69. In a year's time, it went up to $89 a month. I was just billed $104 for the new rate for a 10x10 unit. If you check the rates on the website, it says $50 for a 10x10 unit. Picture shows proof. Not to mention that several items have gone missing. The locks were not cut, which makes me question the locks provided by management. On one occasion, we could not get in with our vehicle because two men had passed out, from getting high on the property, right in front of the gate. My husband and I had to call the cops and they had to resuscitate one of them. The units are not nice and they are not safe. For the price, you could get a climate controlled unit in a nice location that is actually safe. Do not rent here.
