I had a fantastic experience at AAMCO Transmission on Davis Blvd. The team was incredibly knowledgeable in diagnosing and fixing my car’s problem. They didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary services, which I greatly appreciated. Instead, they focused on providing a reasonable and cost-effective repair.
While their specialty is transmission repair, they went above and beyond by identifying an issue with my O2 sensor and fixing it promptly. Errol, in particular, was a pleasure to work with—professional, honest, and courteous throughout the entire process.
To top it all off, they delivered same-day service, which was a lifesaver for me. I highly recommend AAMCO on Davis Blvd. for their exceptional service and integrity.

Errol has outstanding customer service and the shop at AAMCO has worked on two vehicle transmissions for me. I highly recommend going to them. They are fast and highly skilled. Love working with them even though it’s not under the best circumstances.

Chivalry is alive in Pensacola! 🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟 Five stars is absolutely not enough to convey the OUTSTANDING service experience from AAMCO total car care at 5655 North Davis Highway.
Errol went above and beyond the call of duty in making sure that I was taken care of in every possible way. I simply cannot praise him and the entire staff enough, to thank them for making my bad situation less stressful and leaving me a completely satisfied customer. No one should go anywhere else - EVER!!!

Excellent experience at this location. I showed up at 8AM for a XSMN oil change which he quickly told be he was swamped and over booked but would try to get to it. At 4:30 PM they were finished and done right the first time saving me over $200 from Hill Kelly Jeep’s quote. I highly recommend AAMCO.

1) The Customer Service is Excellent at AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care located at 5655 N Davis Hwy, Pensacola, FL 32503! They won't let you leave until you are completely satisfied with the Service or Repair! Ask for Errol or Josh when you come in.
2) The Mechanics are highly skilled! They can diagnose and repair any issue that you present them. I trust them more than the Auto Dealer Service Centers that I had used before.
3) The Cost is significantly less than what the Dealer would charge.
4) Walk-in's are always welcome, especially if need is urgent!

Excellent service above my expectations great staff from top to bottom. Well it was great service they forgot to change my rear main seal & didn't not put my wire back in my wire harness so no gas needle & runs out of gas spending near a hundred a week in oil my truck take 6 qts. they said they fix it but made excuses every time I came when they scheduled me on its a car still in the bay or this job is taking longer then expected or I get there & they not there piss poor staff & company the trans runs good dats it but what good if the truck dont run right cause of wires being snatch by my drive shaft from hanging wouldn't go back. No honor or integrity behide they work.

In December of 2023 the transmission in my 2018 Suburban went out due to metal shavings in the fluid. I had called multiple places to get quotes for both a remanufactured transmission and getting mine rebuilt. The manager at this location talked to me about how this was a design flaw with these specific chevy transmissions, and how getting a remanufactured one would have the same issue in about another 100,000 miles. He stated that they would add a spacer that would prevent the issue from reoccurring and the transmission would last longer. In August 2024 I get a message stating that the transmission fluid is too hot. I decided to take it to an AAMCO here in Texas, where I moved for the military, to see if I needed to add an independent transmission cooler due to the Texas heat. They decided to look at it and dropped the transmission pan. They discovered large amounts of metal shavings in the transmission fluid. So, 8 months after having the transmission rebuilt, I am dealing with the same issue. There is no telling when the shavings started entering the transmission fluid, but since I did not start having issues with it until I surpassed the 12,000 mile warranty AAMCO offers, they told me there is nothing they can do about it. They stated that AAMCO is very strict about the warranty even though each shop is individually owned and operated. So, I spent $6,000 to drive my vehicle for 8 months, only to most likely have the same issue fixed again costing me who knows how much more.

Best transmission shop around , he has done multiple transmission for me for multiple vechiles and still no issues . 10/ 10 would recommend to anybody needing transmission repair or rebuilds . You will not regret your choice by going to Aamco for all your transmission needs !

My son needed to change his brake pads, and we took his car to Aamco, and they did a fantastic job! The owner, Josh, and Errol, who works the front, are so amazing and friendly. They took him in immediately and got his car taken care of right away. I highly recommend Aamco!!!

Had my dad bring his F150 to Josh and the team in Pensacola for transmission issues. Great work at a fair price with a warranty that was better than others. Call them with your automotive needs.
