This is my second time going with Acceptance Insurance and every time I have been with your company I’ve never had a complaint. All of the benefits the company offers are amazing but first and foremost for me it’s the staff in particular at the Davis Highway location that is local to me in Pensacola. Tracy and the rest of the staff there has been more than helpful every time. They’re very informative and all of these other big corporations can learn a thing or two, or 3, or 4 etc., from her and the company. I’ve nothing but good things to say.

Talked to Tracy. She was very knowledgeable and worked to get me the best deal possible. She even made sure to tell me about possible scenarios that I should watch out for. I could tell she really cares about the customer. I would highly recommend going here before any of the other insurance companies. It will save you a lot of time

I came to Acceptance Insurance to inquire about a service and spoke with Ms.Tracy S. She was the only one who was present at the time and offered meSuch exceptional service; Along side of her being very knowledgeable, she was very personal which caused a comfortable atmosphere. She’s Patient, kind, relatable, careful, sufficient and understanding. She made the experience there very enjoyable and pleasant. May she receives everything that’s due to her. I’m excited to begin my journey with Acceptance insurance and am looking forward to beginning a relatable bond.

Cindy Ford is my insurance agent and she is fantastic! She really helped me out with the whole process, even reminding me to send over some final documents after closing so that everything went smoothly. I compared 3-4 different carriers and this one had the lower prices for the better coverage value. Cindy did a great job recommending the appropriate coverage for me and my house so that I would not be underinsured in the case that I'd have to file a claim for hurricane damage or something. I definitely recommend Cindy Ford with acceptance insurance.
