I wish they had a bit more product variety. But, in general, they've got at least the basics for your average DIY guy. And I don't have to go anywhere near town to get it. Above all though their customer service is unmatched compared to other local ACE stores. Everyone in there has been there for years. So they kinda have the inventory memorized lol. It helps when you're in a hurry.

The prices might be a bit high compared to the big box stores, but the customer service is second to none. I'm always greeted at the door and the staff knows the layout better than a London cab driver knows his city!

Always my first choice hardware/DIY spot for home projects. Greeted by staff everytime, very friendly & willing to help, but not pushy. Sometimes checkout takes patience, but not at the fault of the staff- it's usually some unorganized person who's trying to do too much at a small hardware store when they have a 'home depot' expectation. Usually another staff member will jump in and assist. They are the most helpful here & I always appreciate that they take time to load heavier items into my vehicle for me without having to ask for help.

Much closer than home depot to my house. I often use this as a quick pick up of items I need. Very good selection and outstanding employees. Always willing to offer their help and direction to what you're looking for.
