  Act 1 flooring is amazing! We live in an older home with uneven floors. After visiting several flooring companies we kept going back to Act 1. John came to our house 3 times, even on the morning of install to make suggestions and changes with his crew. He said he thought about us all night. The installation was fast and perfect. Act 1 went above and beyond just a sale.

  Where to even begin? We had our ~2,100 sqft flooring put in by Act1. From the moment we walked into the store they were extremely helpful and patient. They were soooo accommodating with the pickle we were in. We basically needed them to start as soon as we closed on the house so we could move out of the house we were renting. And they went above and beyond to make that happen. Thank you so much Adam 🙏🏽🥹 We also needed it done in a short time frame and they made that possible too. We accidentally broke a tile on our fireplace while tearing up old flooring (we opted to do this ourselves just to save some money) and they were able to fix that and made it look like it never happened. We just appreciate them so much for being so accommodating and kind.

  Had multiple quotes. Made a mistake. It happens, I guess. Def selected the incorrect company. Pick absolutely anything but this company.

  We had a wonderful experience at the store today while exploring various LVP samples. Sheamus was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. Act1 Flooring does work for the real estate company I work for. They have consistently done exceptional work, and they always deliver quality results. Highly recommend their services!

  I purchased a high-end LVP floor, which is absolutely beautiful. It feels wonderful under foot, and every guest who has walked through my front door immediately comments on this floor.
  Equally important, the installers were the most skilled and conscientious workers I have ever had in my home, for any purpose. There were huge, unseen problems with the foundation, under my original floor. While it required more than a week longer than they had planned for, They valued the importance of installing my floor “right.”
  The reason my previous floor had broken down was because of installers who just wanted to get in and out, get their paycheck, and move on. Act 1’s installers’ goal was excellence, and they wanted my beautiful floors to last a lifetime.
  I’m very happy with the management of Act 1 Flooring, their sales staff, and the installers, who I can’t credit enough for the conscientious, skillful job they did.

  ACT 1 is professional and responsive. I have personally used ACT 1 residential as well as for our business. The estimates are done timely and the pricing is always fair. They keep installation dates, show up on time and finish when expected. I highly recommend this company for all your flooring needs. They are honest good people.

  After buying a new home in Pensacola we decided to put new carpet in each of the 4 bedrooms. Being new to Pensacola (and Florida) we went with one of the big stores who said it could be installed the day after we closed, before we moved in. The week before installation, we received a call it couldn’t be done by that date but a week later. We went to the other big store (you all know the 2 stores I mean) and they referred us to Act 1 ~ that in and of itself was impressive. We called right then and there, spoke with Dakota (a charming young man) and he asked if we could come in; we went right over. He was completely sensitive to our dilemma and showed us the carpet we could have installed 7 days later. He knew exactly what would work best for us and made sure that particular carpet snd color were available (one that we actually liked better). Though they didn’t want to use the other company’s measurements, they did simply to get the installation done so quickly. We also spoke with Adam, the owner, who was as delightful as Dakota. They did a beautiful job with our carpet; left no mess and even vacuumed. It’s nicer than we would have gotten and the difference in price was negligible (less than $100 on a $6K job). When we’re ready to redo all of the tile and lvp in the rest of the house we wouldn’t dream of using anyone else. This family business cares about its customers and goes above and beyond. Dakota is absolute perfection; knowledgeable and understanding and Adam is just the same. The rest of the staff is lovely ~ they care about their customers just like they care about each other; they’re family.

  I highly recommend Act 1 for your all your flooring needs. Ashley was very informative and professional. They all made me feel like I was important to them. The two gentlemen that installed my floors did a phenomenal job. So if you need new flooring go see Ashley at Act 1

  Easy decision to give Act 1 Flooring 5 stars. I had LVP flooring put down in the master bedroom. The floor looks great!! From start to finish Act 1 Flooring was very helpful and great to work with. I highly recommend Act 1 Flooring!!
