Had intentions to go down and buy a truck based on what I heard about it. went down with the cash and after just a brief 10 minute inspection of the truck and a test drive found multiple things that had failed to be mentioned before making the 9 hour round trip down there. Not responsive to emails either.

I called two days in a row multiple times a day either someone picked up and immediately hung up to avoid the call or never picked up. I finally just stopped in and talked to one gentleman. He was nice and answered every question. Although he stated that the owner drives and takes home different cars on the lot so im assuming thats where one of the cars we went to look at was as he said it is off the lot at the moment. Take this how you will but when im looking at the exotic cars i expect a simple answer of the phone.

I found the perfect vehicle. Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTZ. Paul walked me through the process and introduced Me to Mr. Gerald both were amazing. I felt like I was buying from an old friend not a car salesman. Most relaxed experience I've ever had.

I bought my first car at Adcox Imports, about 10 years ago. It was a 2007 Nissan Versa, and it's still running like new to this day. 215,000 miles later and little to no problems over the years. It's a very special and reliable little car, and I will never forget where I got it from.

Went by there again because I was needing another vehicle since my Buick was no longer fitting my needs. I came away with another awesome truck that fit my needs way better. No pressure just a great deal on a truck I've been looking for for a while.
Thank God for Gerald. What a wonderful experience with him and Paul. I liked it so much. I decided to buy my wife a car as well. I really dreaded the gauntlet I assumed would take place. I was wrong.

My experience with Adcox Imports stands out as my best car shopping experience ever. Gerald and Paul provided exceptional service, making the entire process smooth and accommodating. They graciously allowed me several days to liquidate assets for a cash purchase.
The listed price was fair and competitive. Though purchasing a vehicle sight unseen is typically not recommended, in this case, the car's condition matched their description perfectly. They also arranged shipping at a reasonable rate, and the vehicle arrived in excellent condition as promised.

We absolutely loved working with Adcox imports! Gerald was so attentive, detail oriented and easy to work with. He helped us find our dream car AND stick below our budget which was super impressive. He gave us a great deal on our car and was extremely transparent the entire time. There was even a bit of an issue with the original car that we got (no fault on Gerald’s part) and before we even had time to stress about it, Gerald had already gotten us a better car (same specs) at no additional charge! He is an honest, salt of the earth type of person who treated us like family. I would HIGHLY recommend Adcox Imports to anyone who is looking to avoid the haggling and stress of buying a car from a big dealership or if you have a specific car in mind that you are looking for.
