Advance Auto Parts provides quick and efficient battery replacement and installation services, with helpful staff. The store manager personally assists with installations. The team demonstrates exceptional technical expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction, patiently listening to concerns and providing clear explanations. Staff are knowledgeable and do not push the most expensive parts, instead asking good questions to determine the best options. Even for obscure parts they do not carry, they work hard to help customers track items down locally. Service is prompt, professional, and carried out with a genuine commitment to quality and reliable assistance.
I’ve been going to Advanced Auto Parts on Hood Dr in Pensacola for over 20 years. Every experience has been a good one and they have given me the correct part for my cars 100% of the time. This is my favorite auto parts store ever.
