Your time and energy are better spent at any other dealership. Every car on that lot has serious issues. Had a fine experience at first, until Mrs. “I am Car knowledge” came in hot with her extremely condescending attitude, worst I’ve ever encountered. I’m guessing she’s the same person who has some snappy response to every single review on here. They don’t want to hear anything about the issues, even when my code reader was blowing up on every car, even ones that “didn’t have issues” and were priced accordingly. You sell lemons and have horrible customer service, pick a struggle.

Nice people but sold us a car with a catalytic converter that was broken in half so buyer beware. Definitely have their vehicles inspected before purchase. Told us it was too bad since car was sold as-is. Yet Florida statutes say it’s illegal to sell a car with a faulty catalytic converter. 🤦♀️
Owner never stated the catalytic converter was faulty. Only stated that a sensor was out. We even asked if car had any other mechanical issues and were told no. Please don’t lie and try to make it seem like you were even willing to make this right. You never once offered to look at the car. A check was never demanded. You act like you were doing us a favor selling us a car that you lied about the condition of. 🤦♀️ This car would never sell for 12,900. That’s laughable.
The faulty converter had been welded once already and was broken again. This dealership saying they could fix this for free because it was an “easy fix” and just needed to be welded is misinformed at best and dishonest at worst. If they’re using cheap fixes and cheap autozone parts then definitely take your business elsewhere.

This is my 3rd vehicle from All Star. Repeat offender I am and they are by far the cheapest in town... hands down. Thank you guys so much for letting us test drive most of the inventory without any bother. If I need anything else I am for sure checking y'all out first.
