I went in looking for a certain furniture piece and Alisha was very polite and very knowledgeable about the products which I was impressed. Overall my experience with Alisha was the best and I will continue to shop at American freight as long as Alisha is there. She made shopping for my furniture a great experience!

I came in on 10/11/24 looking for living room furniture Timothy was very helpful and informative. I chose what I liked and was given a quote and he explained the protection plan in depth for me. I was not able to get back to purchase by close of business. I came back 10/12/24, Timothy was assisting another customer and I went to look at furniture to determine if all three pieces would fit in desired area. Alisha came to assist and I explained Timothy helped me yesterday and she was more than happy to assist until Timothy was available. I explained my dilemma with the question about fitting and she recommended buying the 2/3 and coming back if the recliner would fit and purchasing. She explained the protection plan to me again, to make sure I was aware of the benefits of purchasing. When Timothy was available a few minutes later I explained to him my dilemma and he suggested the same option of purchasing the couch and loveseat and if room is available after getting them home and set up, to return for the recliner. I appreciated the honesty and helpfulness of both of them, even though that meant only selling two pieces instead of three. This was my first time coming in to this store and I was very pleased with the customer service and assistance that was given by both Timothy and Alisha. I definitely recommend and will be back for future furniture needs.
