Each portion of the exam was very efficient and informative. Every employee was professional, prompt and attentive. I would recommend someone to this clinic and I would return. Thank you

It was my first visit to this location and I am impressed. Their hours are very convenient and I was seen right on time. Dr. Hassan is so kind and professional. I highly recommend.

Why do I need to come see the doctor to order the same contacts I’ve been wearing for 5 years. The people answering the phone don’t listen to you. They’re just trying to get you off the phone. Time to find a new eye doctor

The experience with the doctor was ok but not having trail contacts available and having to wait 2 weeks is a BIG problem. Also I was told the doctor that they had the trial contacts only to be told afterwards that they did not. Then was told 7-10 days for the trail pair to come in and just told on the phone its 2 weeks. Also will take an additional 2 weeks for the new contacts once I try the new Rx (rail pair). So it's a month to get new contacts after your appointment. Ive gone to AB off and on for years never had it take this long to get my stuff.I'm sorry but thats ridiculous.

Thank you Ms. Rachael.4 stars because costumer service can not be assess on one employee but for that one employee you can loose a whole community. Luckily most of them were great at listening and engaging. I will advise.. look closely at what they try to charge you for. A male (that I will not name) associate will not hesitate to add and add to get the bill high.

I have been wearing contacts for 30+ years and have been with Americas Best for the majority of that time. This location is by far the worst Americas Best that I have been to! I went in for an appointment and they act like you are a nuisance to them. The customer service is bad here. Especially the big guy with the red beard and English hat. He should not be in customer service in any capacity as he makes you feel completely unwelcome in the store. They ordered the wrong contacts the first time. I had to go back for some adjustments after the correct lenses finally came in (they only have an eye doctor in 2 days a week by the way). While I was back the eye doctor switched my contact lens brand to a new brand and now the person up front says I need yet another (third) appointment to switch back to the previous brand I was using. All of this after the second eye appointment that I had and the doctor said I don't need to have my eyes checked yet again to be fitted for new lenses? I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and lack of patient care in my 30+ years of going to eye doctors. This is the end of my frustration with America's Best. I will not be coming back. There are plenty of eye doctors in Pensacola, I would recommend any of them over Americas Best.

We moved to the Pensacola area last year and it was difficult to find places that took our insurance but weren't months out on appointments. I called America's Best and explained the situation to an employee, who took down our insurance info, ensured me that they take it, and scheduled appointments for my 3 older kids. After one kid already had the exam and the 2nd is back there, the front desk tells me they've never taken our insurance! I felt stuck since one kid had already been seen. Then the second kid comes out and they tell me she doesn't need any lenses, even though 3 different optometrists in other cities had her on a mild Rx for 6 years. They gave the 3rd an Rx but I couldn't trust that it was accurate after the misdiagnosis of the previous one. All in all, I feel I was misled about insurance to get me in the door, then semi-trapped there because they were already examining my kids before telling me they didn't take it, and charged almost $200 for an utter waste of time. I was still recovering from recently giving birth and had my newborn with me as well, so I wasn't thinking clearly enough to just leave immediately when I found out they made a mistake (or lied?) about the insurance. Very irritating and disappointing experience, not worth another chance with so many highly rated other places around. I would not have chosen them if they hadn't confirmed via phone that they took my insurance. Only eye place out of the dozen or so I've been to in my life that hasn't been positive.

If I could give no stars I would!!! I’ve been with Americas Best for the last 20 years and Pensacola is the worst. My contacts needed to be replaced of damage and they would not replace them given I paid $125 for them. And the guy on the phone was rude. I’ve never had this problem in Birmingham.

Very rude! I let her know what I thought about that!

They were so very kind, helpful and professional. Mrs. Dawn was amazing. I highly recommend for quality service and product. I cannot express enough how pleased I was with my experience with America’s Best Eyeglasses in Pensacola, FL

I’ve been a member of America’s Best for the last few years through the recommendation of my Mother but every experience has been absolutely dreadful. I’ve had multiple negative experiences with both the Gainesville and Pensacola offices, and nothing could ever get resolved or accomplished. A mistake was always made with the accuracy of my prescription and the glasses are of very cheap material, yet you end up paying a fortune for prescription eyeglasses that you can barely see through. After asking what the issue could be, they would always answer in a condescending manner that my stigmatism makes it more difficult to adjust to glasses, so I need to give it more time. Yet after three or four weeks of adjusting, there is zero progress and I realize that I’ve only had this issue with optical products from America’s Best.I am hoping that my experience with Eye Guy is much better, because I can no longer in good conscience utilize or recommend America’s Best to anyone ever again.

The worse place I could’ve gone for an eye exam as well as to get glasses and contacts. Glasses broke prior to glasses breaking was assured if they ever were to get broken bring them in and they’ll be fixed. I did just that to only be told glasses couldn’t be fixed. Never again I’ll stick with Lens Crafters.

I have been 4 times in a year to get an accurate contact prescription now I am going to lens crafters. I do not feel I am ever listened to. The dr. Is really nice but rushes and the techs are not pleasant and rushes and it feels more like your a inconvenience then a priority.
